Interference therapy is a method of local action with two alternating sinusoidal electric currents of corresponding parameters through two pairs of electrodes and wet hydrophilic pads, contacted on certain areas of the patient's skin in such a way that these currents intersect (overlap) and interact with each other in a certain place in the body tissues.
General anesthesia is defined as a drug-induced reversible depression of the central nervous system, resulting in the absence of the body's response to external stimuli.
Infliximab is a biological drug consisting of one third the variable (Fv) region of high-affinity neutralizing murine monoclonal antibodies to TNF-a (A2) and two thirds the fragment of the human IgG1 molecule.
Inphitatherapy (the name of the method comes from the word] "INFITA", which is an abbreviation for Pulsed Low-Frequency Physiotherapeutic Apparatus) is a method of local exposure to a pulsed electric field of the corresponding parameters, carried out using one electrode located at a distance of 20-30 cm from the site of exposure, or using two electrodes contacted to certain areas of the patient's skin.
Inductothermy is a method of local exposure to a variable high-frequency magnetic field of appropriate parameters, carried out using inductors (inductor-disk or inductor-cable) located above a certain area of the patient's body at a distance of 1-2 cm.
