iLive's Cookie Policy
Last reviewed: 08.07.2025
This Cookie Policy explains when and why cookies and similar tracking technologies are used by iLive (“iLive” or “we”) and our partners on our websites, apps, advertising and related services, including web2health.com, iLiveOK.com, including subdomains and mobile versions of these sites (we refer to these sites collectively as the “iLive Sites”). We refer to the iLive Sites and the information and services provided to you through the iLive Sites as the “Services”.
Please review the Web2Health Privacy Policy to learn more about the use of cookies and other tracking technologies on iLive websites and how you can contact us for more information.
Cookies
"Cookies" are small data files that are stored on the hard drive of the computer you use to view a website. Each computer that accesses the iLive website is assigned an original cookie from iLive. Different cookies serve different purposes:
Session cookies are specific to a particular visit and contain information when you browse different pages on the iLive website. Session cookies expire and are automatically deleted after a short period of time, such as when you leave the website or close your browser.
Persistent cookies allow us to recognize you when you visit the iLive website and remember your preferences. Persistent cookies are stored in your browser or mobile device until you choose to delete them, and are automatically deleted after their expiration date.
Third-party cookies are placed by someone unrelated to iLive and can record browsing activity across multiple sites and sessions. They are usually persistent cookies and will remain until you delete them or until the expiry date set in each third-party cookie.
"Web beacons" are graphic image files embedded in a web page, typically used to track activity on the page and send to a server (which may belong to the web host, a network advertiser, or some third party) information about your browser, such as your IP address, the URL of the page where the web beacon is located, the type of browser used to access the site, and an identification number of any cookies previously placed on your computer by that server.
"App SDKs" are third-party mobile app developer applications that are embedded into mobile apps. These App SDKs allow you to collect information about the app itself, the activity in the app, and the device the app is running on.
Cookies on iLive websites
Cookies on iLive websites are typically used for one of the following purposes:
Essential features: These cookies are essential to enable certain features on the iLive websites. For example, certain cookies allow us to identify registered members and ensure that they have access to content that is only available to registered users.
Important functionality. These cookies allow us to remember your preferences, such as your user name, language or the region you are in, and provide enhanced, personalized features. They may also be used to provide Services you have used, such as watching videos.
Performance and Analytics. These cookies allow us to analyze how visitors use the iLive sites and track website performance. We use the information collected by these cookies to improve the performance of the iLive sites and our Services.
Advertising. These cookies are used by iLive and our advertisers to deliver advertising on iLive and third-party sites tailored to your interests based on your iLive account, your browsing experience and, in some cases, other information about you that we or our advertisers may have obtained from other sources. Cookies may be used to limit the number of times you see a particular advertisement and to analyze the effectiveness of an advertising campaign. Information collected using cookies may be collected directly by iLive, our partners or third-party advertisers and their ad servers.
We use cookies and other tracking technologies to recognize individual users when they have used the Services, remember user preferences, track users’ access to and use of the Services, track whether our emails have been opened and links clicked, monitor the correct provision of the Services, analyze trends, and personalize the Services, including advertising on the iLive Sites and on third-party websites, to match the interests of individual users based on their location, previous activity on the iLive Sites, and other information that iLive or our partners may have about our users. When you use the Services, we also automatically collect information from your browser or mobile device, such as your IP address or unique device identifier, browser information (including referring URL), your preferences, cookies, information about the content you view and the actions you take (such as search queries, ad campaign engagement, clicks, and associated dates and times).
Third party cookies
Sponsors or advertisers on the iLive Sites may use their own cookies or other tracking technologies in advertising banners and sponsored links and on pages (“Brand Pages”) on the iLive Sites that consist solely of advertising or other content from our advertisers. This advertiser content may also be provided in emails, special promotions or newsletters that we send to you. Their ads may appear on the iLive Sites or on other sites that you visit after visiting the iLive Sites. Some advertisers use companies other than iLive to serve their ads and monitor user responses to ads, and these ad servers may also collect information through cookies on the iLive Sites.
While we generally allow these third-party cookies on the assumption that they comply with our Advertising Policy, and we help our advertisers place cookies on their brand pages, we do not control how third parties use cookies or how they manage the information they collect using these technologies on iLive Sites, and we cannot verify that their actions comply with our Advertising Policy. For information on how Google may use information obtained from your use of Google search services on iLive Sites, please visit https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
We work with third-party advertising networks to display advertising on iLive sites and on third-party sites. Our advertising providers use technologies to collect information about your activities on iLive sites to provide you with cookie-targeted advertising based on your browsing activity and interests.
As your browser, application or device interacts with these third parties’ respective servers, these companies may collect information, including your IP address, page header information, browser or device information, just as if you had accessed their site or used their applications directly. These companies may collect information to provide you with customized ads both on the iLive sites and on sites, applications and services outside of the iLive sites. In some situations, iLive may interact with these companies outside of your browser or device, directly between our web servers. Many of these third parties provide information about their data collection practices, and in some cases, opt-out information, on their respective websites. Please review each company’s privacy policy to better understand the controls available to you.
Your Opportunities
Most browser software can be set to reject cookies. Most browsers offer instructions on how to reset your browser to reject cookies in the Help or Preferences section of your browser toolbar. If you reject our cookies, some features on our websites may not function properly, but you must not accept our cookies to use most features on our websites effectively.
Some advertising companies allow you to prevent data collection using cookies. To do this, you must opt out of such data collection on a site-by-site basis.
You can also control interest-based advertising on your mobile device by turning on the “Limit Ad Tracking” setting in your iOS device settings or “Opt Out of Ad Personalization” in your Android device settings. This will not stop you from seeing ads, but it will limit the use of device advertising identifiers to personalize ads based on your interests. If you have questions about how to reject cookies on your specific device, contact your device manufacturer.
Changes
ILive reserves the right to change this Cookie Policy at any time, and any changes will be applicable upon posting unless we notify you otherwise. We encourage you to periodically review this Cookie Policy for up-to-date information on the use of cookies on iLive websites.
