iLive Privacy Policy
Last reviewed: 08.07.2025
We understand how important the privacy of personal information is to our users. This Privacy Policy will tell you what information we collect about you and your use of this site and its services. It will explain the choices you have about how your personal information is used and how we protect that information. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully.
This Privacy Policy applies to websites that are intended for use by consumers (non-professionals) for non-commercial, personal, family or household purposes, including web2health.com, iLiveOK.com, including subdomains and mobile versions of these websites (we refer to these websites collectively as the “iLive Sites”). We refer to the iLive Sites, and the information and services provided to you through the iLive Sites, as the “Services”.
If you do not want us to collect, use or disclose information about you and your use of the Services as described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to the Web2HealthTerms and Conditions of Use, which is a contract between us and users of the Services. By accepting the iLive Terms and Conditions of Use, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and the Web2Health Cookie Policy, and you agree that we will store, use and otherwise process your information where we are located.
Information collected about you
Some of our Services do not store your personal information, while others store your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Even if you do not register or provide personal information on iLive, we collect information about your use of the iLive Sites and Services. We may also receive information about our users from external sources.
When you use the Services, we collect information in the following ways:
Registration
Although you can use most of the Services without registering, certain Services require that you register with iLive in order for them to function properly. If you choose to register or update an existing account with iLive or to access certain Services, you may be required to provide certain personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number, gender, email address, and date of birth, username, and password to access your iLive account. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal information you submit to iLive.
E-mail newsletters
When you register and at various times when you use the iLive Sites, you may be required to provide us with personal information in order to receive email newsletters/promotions from iLive. On iLive message boards, if you enable email notification for posts you have created or participated in, you will receive an email if there has been any action on them. If you later decide that you no longer wish to receive email updates, you can turn it off by going to the Email Notifications section in your account settings.
Public Forums
ILive public forums where users with similar interests, including specific health topics, can share information and support each other or ask questions to experts. These online discussions are moderated by health professionals, are open to the public and should not be treated as private.
Any information (including personal information) that you post in any forum is publicly available and not private. You should think carefully before posting any personal information in any public forum. What you post may be read, disclosed, or accessed by others and may be used in other ways that we cannot control or predict, including to contact you for unauthorized purposes. As with any public forum on any site, information you post may also be displayed in third-party search engines.
If you mistakenly post personal information in our forums and want it removed, you can email us to request that we remove it by using the "Contact Us" link on every page of the iLive Sites. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information.
Letters sent to iLive
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information, content, business information, ideas, concepts or inventions that you send to iLive by email. If you want to keep content or business information, ideas, concepts or inventions private or personal, do not send them by email to iLive.
Information about services and devices
When you access the iLive Sites and use the Services, iLive automatically collects and stores in its server logs information from your browser or mobile device, such as your IP address or unique device identifier, browser information (including URL), your preferences, cookies, and information about the content you view and actions you take (such as search queries, advertising campaign engagement, clicks, and associated dates and times).
Cookies and other tracking technologies
We and our partners use cookies to collect information about your use of the Services. “Cookies” are small data files assigned to your browser when you visit the iLive Sites that allow us to recognize your browser and collect and store information about your use of the Services as described above. In addition to cookies, we and our partners use other tracking technologies that collect information about your use of the Services, including mobile identifiers and “web beacons,” which are small graphic files (sometimes called “clear GIFs” or “web pixels”) embedded on a web page or in an email, typically used to monitor activity and send relevant information to a server (which may belong to the host site, a network advertiser, or another third party).
Our advertising service partners may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the iLive Sites, including the content you have viewed. These third parties may use this information to help iLive deliver advertising on the iLive Sites and other third-party sites based on your browsing activity on the iLive Sites. iLive may further tailor advertising on the iLive Sites and other third-party sites based on additional information known to iLive or third parties. Third parties that iLive works with include Google, Yandex, Facebook, Twitter and others. In addition to using the information collected for iLive, Google and Yandex may also use such information as described in their privacy policies. To learn how Google or Yandex may use information collected by Google or Yandex through our Services on the iLive Sites, visit https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners and https://metrica.yandex.com/about/info/privacy-policy. While Facebook and Twitter do not provide iLive with personal information, Facebook and Twitter may use information about you and provide iLive services (which may be linked to personal information that Facebook and Twitter have about you) as described in their privacy policies, available at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy and https://twitter.com/privacy.
We also work with third-party advertising networks to display advertising on the iLive Sites and on third-party sites. Our advertising providers use technologies to collect information about your activities on the iLive Sites to provide you with cookie-targeted advertising on our iLive Sites and on third-party sites based on your browsing activity and interests.
For more information about how cookies and other tracking technologies are used in connection with the Services, please review our Cookie Policy.

Exchange of information
- Subsidiaries and corporate branches of iLive
We may share your information with our subsidiaries, affiliates, and companies acquired by or merged with us and our affiliates. In the event of a corporate change in control, such as a sale or merger with another entity, or in the event of an asset sale or bankruptcy, iLive reserves the right to transfer your personal information to the new controlling or acquiring entity. In the event of such a change, your personal information will continue to be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy, unless we make any changes to the Privacy Policy in accordance with the section “Changes to this Privacy Policy”.

ILive works with third-party companies and contractors who help us provide the Services and otherwise assist in operating the iLive Sites, including those who provide services related to technology, data analysis, research, email management and posting, advertising and marketing, and/or content. iLive's contractors sometimes have limited access to your information in the course of providing products or services to iLive. We require that our contractors not use or disclose your information for any purpose other than providing the limited service or feature to iLive.

You should review the privacy policy posted on the Third Party Website to understand how that Third Party Website collects and uses your information. iLive makes every effort to make it obvious to you when you leave the iLive Site and enter a Third Party Website, either by requiring you to click on a link or by notifying you on the iLive Site that you have entered a Third Party Website. Additionally, if you see a phrase like "Powered by" or "In partnership with" followed by the name of a company other than iLive, then you are on a website hosted by a company other than iLive.
We may also include social features on the iLive Sites that allow you to interact with the relevant social media services, for example, to share an article. These widgets may collect browsing data that may be received by the third party that provided the widget and are controlled by those third parties. You can manage your privacy settings directly through the social media platform.
Compliance with laws, regulations and law enforcement requirements
To cooperate with government, law enforcement, and private sector officials to enforce and comply with the law, we may share personal information with third parties to: (1) comply with legal requirements, such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena, or court order; (2) when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; or (3) in special cases, such as in response to a physical threat to you or others, to protect property, or to defend or enforce legal rights. In addition, we may disclose personal information as described below.
How is your information protected and stored?
We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. Despite iLive's efforts to protect your personal information, there is always a risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way to circumvent our security systems or that the transmission of your information over the Internet may be intercepted.
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter personal information (including personal health information in various Services), we encrypt the transmission of that information or use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
We retain your personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services.
