Infertility

Infertility can be devastating for any partner, and examinations can be extremely stressful. A caring attitude towards partners on the part of the doctor can be crucial.

Vaginal discharge

Vaginal discharge that does not contain pathological impurities may be psychogenic. Vaginal discharge most often has an unpleasant odor, causes vaginal itching and is the result of an infection. Very abundant vaginal discharge may appear due to the presence of a foreign body (for example, a forgotten tampon, etc.).

Itching in the vagina

Vaginal itching (vulvar itching) is depressing and irritating. Itching in the vagina can be caused by factors that cause itching throughout the body or by skin diseases (e.g. psoriasis, lichen planus). The cause can also be local: infection and vaginal discharge (e.g. mycotic vulvovaginitis); invasion (e.g. scabies, pubic lice, pinworms).

Amenorrhea (absence of menses)

Primary amenorrhea can be very distressing for the patient. In many cases, it is caused by delayed puberty (often hereditary).

Menorrhagia

Menorrhagia (hypermenorrhea) is an increase in blood secretion. The amount of blood lost is rarely determined, so the diagnosis is purely subjective.

Premenstrual syndrome

Most women find that their mental state or physical health is affected by their menstrual cycle, worsening before their period. Symptoms may be extreme one month and very mild the next, likely due to external causes.

Menstrual disorders

Menstrual cycle disorders are the most common complaint women bring to their gynecologist. This disorder occurs in 30-40% of cases of gynecological pathology.
