Obsessive-compulsive disorder treatment

The symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder can be caused by various reasons, so there is no specific treatment. If mental illnesses are diagnosed, they need to be treated first, and in this case, medication therapy is indispensable.

Symptoms of depersonalization disorder

The first signs appear as a feeling of a sharp qualitative change in one's present self in relation to one's former self. The disorder manifests itself acutely immediately after severe stress, sometimes an anxiety disorder is observed in the premorbid, gradually developing into depersonalization.

Depersonalization in children and adolescents

Most experts are inclined to believe that it is almost impossible to detect depersonalization in children before adolescence. It is difficult even for adults to verbalize their complaints about the condition and convey them to a doctor; for children, this is simply impossible.

How to get rid of depersonalization on your own?

If the patient feels the strength and desire to fight for the normalization of his mental status, he can try to return his "I". It is not worth delaying and thinking over the process for a long time, it is necessary to start correcting his lifestyle.

Depersonalization of personality

This phenomenon refers to deviations in the sphere of self-awareness, including both a disorder of self-perception and its cognitive form. Normally, each person separates his own "I" from the entire surrounding world, somehow evaluating himself, his physical characteristics, level of knowledge and moral values, his place in society.

Amenity

The highest fundamental function of the human brain is consciousness. It is the basis for the knowledge of the real world of all phenomena in their complex interaction and of one's own personality, it allows a person to integrate into the world around him.

Types of personality psychopathies

There is no unified classification of psychopathies yet. Soviet psychiatrist P.B. Gannushkin proposed his own systematization of types of this personality disorder with a description of their statics (features) and dynamics (development).

Schizoid psychopathy

This type of disease was distinguished by almost all authors of classifications. P.B. Gannushkin also called them dreamers, and E. Kraepelin - eccentrics, they also received the characteristic of inadequate from T. Henderson and pathologically withdrawn from O.V. Kerbikov.

Asthenic psychopathy

Individuals attract attention to themselves with an extreme degree of sensitivity, indecisiveness and timidity, which becomes especially noticeable when entering a new group, in an unfamiliar environment.

Acute polymorphic psychotic disorder

This state of the human psyche is characterized by an acute onset and variable symptoms - symptoms of different types of known mental states of varying intensity replace each other quite quickly, not allowing any of them to be diagnosed.
