Bronchial asthma - vaccination against influenza and pneumococcal infection is especially recommended (hereinafter - polysaccharide vaccine Pnevmo23).

Chronic lung diseases - patients with cystic fibrosis, broncho-pulmonary dysplasia, as well as with conditions fraught with aspiration, sputum stagnation (epilepsy, neuromuscular diseases, spinal cord injuries, mental retardation) must necessarily be vaccinated against influenza. Vaccinations against pneumococcal, meningococcal and hemophilic type b infections are mandatory for persons with deficiency of complement components, with functional or anatomical asplenia (including sickle-cell anemia and having undergone splenectomy), as well as persons with leakage of cerebrospinal fluid, cochlear implants.

Diseases of metabolism, hemoglobinopathies - patients should be vaccinated against influenza and pneumococcal infection.

Infected with mycobacteria tuberculosis and often ill children - should be vaccinated against influenza and pneumococcal infection.
