In the life of every person, proper nutrition, a healthy lifestyle and, of course, long, good sleep are of great importance. It has been proven by British scientists that life expectancy directly depends on our night sleep. For 10 years, scientists observed 60 thousand volunteers aged 18 to 88 years and found out that heart failure depends on the duration and quality of sleep in general. Those people who had trouble falling asleep at night often woke up, had a nervous condition, were diagnosed with insufficiency, fatigue and shortness of breath.

The risk zone also included the category of people suffering from obesity, smokers - all of them had worsening heart health. Excess weight negatively affects blood vessels and the heart, increases cholesterol, promotes the formation of plaques, thrombosis, which subsequently leads to improper operation of the main motor of the body. Remarkably, all this, combined with insomnia, led to a tragic end.

Experts have proven that sleep disturbance or lack of sleep causes heart failure. This is a problem that needs to be fought, the causes must be sought and treated. It is noted that dangerous mechanisms are launched in the body due to lack of sleep. Stress hormones caused by insomnia have a negative effect on the cardiac system, creating a danger to human life. There is a whole chain of connections between one and the other. And a person needs to break this chain. Starting with the most basic, with the causes of insomnia.

Diseases such as depression, poor brain function, diabetes can be the cause of lack of or poor sleep.

With any type of depression, the psyche is oppressed, which causes chronic sleep deprivation. The stages of superficial sleep predominate, night awakenings are more frequent, a person cannot fall asleep for a long time. Morning awakening occurs earlier than in a normal state. Any experiences leave an imprint on a person's psyche and on his falling asleep and health. It is necessary to learn to filter out unnecessary information and perceive problems not so literally. After all, sleep and, as it turns out, the work of the heart and the entire system as a whole depend on this.

People predisposed to diabetes have intermittent sleep. A person often falls asleep with difficulty and wakes up early. The lack of proper, full rest leads to the above-mentioned consequences. It is important to remember that this disease is associated with a violation of the usual rest. Unbalanced metabolism in sick people leads to a violation of night rest and a change in the insulin produced. Failure of the cardiac system and falling asleep are associated with this disease.

Night rest is very important for the functions of the human body. The rhythms in the brain affect its work. If there are deviations in these indicators, then the activity of the brain is disrupted, which leads to many changes, in particular, night sleep. Failures in the system affect the production of such a hormone, which is responsible for dreaming. The activity of hormone production occurs during the following period: from 11 pm, and the peak of its concentration comes after midnight until 3 am. Therefore, it is so important to sleep during this period. The main hormonal function is the regulation of the daily rhythm of the body. And we can fall asleep and wake up, feeling healthy people.

Every person has the right to take care of their health, fight such diseases as diabetes, poor brain function and, of course, depression, should not forget about the importance of their main cardiac system, about the cause of the failure leading to improper heart function. Remember that quality and healthy sleep is the key to an uninterrupted cardiac system.
