Release form

The medication is a biconvex tablet that is coated with an enteric-soluble yellow coating. The form of the release involves oval-shaped tablets. Each tablet contains 40 mg of the medicinal medicine - pantoprazole, which is the necessary daily dose of the medication. It can be produced in two forms - two or four blasters (plates). Each blaster has seven tablets.

Pharmacodynamics

Ulsepan is one of the antiulcer drugs that works thanks to the antisecretory effect of the lanthopper. There is a process of inhibition of the proton pump. Pharmacodynamics of Ulsepan suggests the accumulation of lantoprazole among the tubules of parietal cells. There is interaction with hydrogen ions. Further, the drug transforms the sulfenamide production reactions, covalent bonds are formed with the group of the proton pump on the surface of the apical membrane.

As a result of these processes, the last phase of hydrochloric acid secretion is blocked and the level of acid secretion in the stomach decreases.

Pharmacodynamics Ulsepan conducts antibacterial activity, which contributes to the anti-Helicobacter effect of other medications used by the patient.
