Skin - the first line of defense of the body from unfavorable external stimuli, it also reflects internal troubles.

Occurrence on the skin of areas differing in color and structure, which, moreover, can be covered with vesicles, peel and scratch, does not remain unnoticed. Stains can be of different sizes - a small rash and skin defects of large diameters. If they are also itchy, then they bring considerable discomfort. To quickly get rid of this, it is necessary to find out the origin of the spots and conduct treatment.

Causes of the itchy spots on the legs

On the human skin, two types of spots can be found: pigmented and vascular. Spots that itch are usually of an allergic or infectious nature or are caused by systemic impairments. They refer to vascular spots.

Spotted rashes can be of various origins. In the first place, unexpectedly appearing spots suggest an  allergic reaction. Especially if they are actively scratched and the number of them increases quite quickly. Stains on the feet of an allergic etiology may appear from the tights of a new brand, a new badly rinsed detergent (usually rashes small and itches the entire surface of the legs), there may be a reaction to cosmetic preparations - foot cream, depilatory products (usually local reaction, observed at the site of application ). Rashes may be the result of walking barefoot on a flowering meadow (in this case, hay fever, lachrymation and cough may appear). Itchy spots on the skin may manifest a cold allergy. A spot that itches not always, but when it comes into contact, for example, with clothes, can be a sign of photodermatosis or an allergic reaction to ultraviolet radiation. Even a drug allergy can begin with rashes on the legs, especially if the drug is injected intramuscularly into the buttock. When you detect and eliminate the allergen, the stains quickly pass. If the action of the stimulus continues, a small rash can merge into larger formations, the itching becomes worse. Allergic dermatitis is often found in liver diseases, when its detoxification function is violated.

Simple contact dermatitis, unlike allergic, causes a skin reaction in all people, for example, in contact with burning hot surfaces, nettle, acids, alkalis and other irritants.

Bites of  mosquitoes, midges and other insects themselves leave an itchy trace and, in addition, can cause an allergic reaction.

Dermatomycosis  also can cause an itchy spot on the legs. Most often, it appears on the feet after trying on or wearing someone else's shoes, a pool or a shared shower. Superficial ringworm on the smooth skin of the foot also looks like an itchy stain. It can be infected by direct contact with a sick person, using his things (trichophytosis) or an animal (microsporia). Factors that increase the likelihood of infection - the presence of scratches, burns and other violations of the integrity of the skin, prolonged stay in water, immunodeficiency status.

Red flat lichen is  often located on the legs - on the inner parts of the skin of the hips and frontal - the shin. The reasons for the occurrence in the study stage, the risk factors for the appearance of such spots - stress, reduced immunity, chronic diseases, heredity. Suffered from this disease are diabetics and allergies.

On the inside of the thighs may appear spots when infected with an  itch mite. This is not a typical localization, however, possible.

Not always itch and rarely, but still located on the legs  psoriatic  and  eczematous  spots.

Nervous  shocks, stress, physical overload, exposure to high temperatures (bath) can manifest reddish-pink itchy bubble rashes (cholinergic urticaria). Very rare form of urticaria, even less often manifested in the lower part of the body. In humans, in addition to the propensity to allergy, there must be an intolerance of acetylcholine, an endogenous substance that is strongly released in any person during nervous and physical overstresses.

The cause of the appearance of itchy red spots on the lower limbs may be a violation of arterial or venous circulation in this zone ( varicose veins ).

Such rashes are typical for diabetics (the initial stage of angiopathy), they can also occur in people with a diseased liver.

The cause of the appearance of a red patch on the foot may be  erysipelas, although such spots do not itch. In this place, the pain and burning sensation is felt more likely, but sensations - business individual.

Pink lichen  - spots of pink color of unknown etiology, as a rule, itches not much.

Autoimmune diseases  can be accompanied by spotted rashes (idiopathic urticaria). In the history of such patients, there is almost always an allergy.

Stains on the skin of the legs may appear after  depilation  and other mechanical effects on the skin, for example, tight clothes or shoes.

Pigmented spots that itch, require medical diagnosis, or itching has nothing to do with pigmentation, or the pigmented spot has signs of rebirth, if it, in addition, grows in size, bleeds, has a multicolored color.

At the child on the feet the spots are most often allergic etiology, or caused by infections - enterovirus, varicella, measles, rubella. The truth is placed rashes not only on the legs, but throughout the body and the rash, as a rule, is noticed first on the face.

The rash on the legs and buttocks of a child may be one of the symptoms of infectious meningitis.

Lishai and other dermatomycoses can also be present in a child. Emotional outbursts, nervous overexertion can and in the child pour out into itchy rashes on the limbs. Much less often, however, the appearance of spots in childhood due to any other of the above-described reasons.

The pathogenesis of the appearance of allergic spots is considered as the formation of a developed immune response to stimuli by direct contact with the skin site (allergic contact dermatitis) or when the allergen gets inside (food, drug allergy). In the first case, the main pathogenetic links are the reaction of lymphocytes and macrophages that accumulate in inflammatory foci, in the second - the main role belongs to antibodies synthesized in response to the appearance of antigens. In any case, immune effector cells responsible for protective functions leave the bloodstream and, accumulating on the surface of the skin, cause vasodilation, hyperemia and severe itching.

The mechanism of the appearance of spots during infection occurs approximately the same way: the immune response of protective cells to the introduction of infectious agents - bacteria, viruses, parasites or fungi.

In the pathogenesis of rashes with systemic pathologies, for example, disruption of the liver, the main links are insufficient purification of blood from toxins. The presence of common chronic diseases, nervous and physical overload, hormonal changes adversely affect the work of the immune system. In each case, the pathogenesis of the appearance of rashes is of an individual nature.

Occurrence of vascular spots can be provoked by temporary vasodilation - the reaction of sensitization to the stimulus, infection. Systemic chronic diseases cause constant vasodilation - there are so-called vascular asterisks (hemangiomas).

As a result of rupture of blood vessels hemorrhagic spots are formed, in other words, bruises of different sizes - from point hemorrhages (petechiae) to hematomas of very impressive size.

Statistics of diseases that can be accompanied by the appearance of itchy spots on the skin of the lower limbs is very extensive. Probably, every person at least once in his life came across this phenomenon. According to the World Health Organization, an allergic history is presently present in a third of the world's population, the number of allergies is growing and it is estimated that in a couple of decades every second person will suffer from allergies.

The prevalence of fungal infections is estimated in different sources from 10 to 20% and also has a tendency to increase, as well as other skin diseases that can appear on the skin of the lower extremities.

Red flat lichen is a fairly common pathology. The most exposed female adults of any age.

Disease Zhibera (pink lichen) is a common pathology in people over 20 years old, after 40 years it is very rare. Most people who have had acute respiratory viral infection are affected, therefore, a viral etiologic hypothesis is considered.

Varicose veins of the vessels of the legs are very widespread, its symptoms (according to different sources) are present to a greater or lesser extent in almost 70% of women and over 50% of men in developed countries.

Diseases of the liver, diabetes, autoimmune diseases are also very common, skin rashes sometimes are the first bells of their presence.

Symptoms

Rashes on the legs can be caused by different causes and, accordingly, their appearance and accompanying symptoms also have differences.

The first signs of allergies that make you pay attention are itching and staining. Sometimes there are single spots, sometimes - the whole surface of the skin is sprinkled. It is difficult not to notice, if suddenly appearing spots on the hands and feet itch. A pinkish-red convex unevenly distributed rash - allergic urticaria. It is accompanied by severe itching, swelling, appears instantly and when the allergen is eliminated, it can quickly disappear without treatment. But in severe cases, the rashes merge, forming an itchy continuous lesion zone. The skin above it becomes dry and thin, when it combs, it breaks and becomes bluish-purple. The patient may appear shortness of breath, lower blood pressure, a fever, fever. Such patients require compulsory medical examination, sometimes they are hospitalized.

Allergic contact dermatitis also manifests itself as rashes, which are of a local nature. In places of contact with the allergen, red spots on the legs itch, then start to become wet, crack. Later the stain dries up and peels off.

Skin allergic reactions appear also in the form of dry crusted spots from pink to bright crimson hue. The itch may be mild, and when it comes into contact with clothing, it should intensify.

Rough stains on the feet are itchy and with atopic dermatitis. However, with this pathology of the foot - not the main localization, when the rash appears on the legs, it is already present almost everywhere on the body.

Insect bites are accompanied by severe itching, and allergy sufferers have a large, swollen red spot in the bite.

Red spots on the legs are itchy and flaky with dermatomycosis. The first signs of a fungal lesion of smooth skin are a strongly itchy red speck. It grows fast enough and becomes lighter in the center and begins to peel off, has a clear boundary (trichophytosis).

It is caused by fungi and can be located on the smooth skin of microsporia - a pink scaly, rather large, round-shaped patch with a clear, cylindrical edging of a darker color.

It is extremely rare on the legs can be located otrubevidny or multi-colored lichen. Yellowish rounded spots, covered with otrigious scales, eventually merge into large formations with scalloped edges, their color can be from creamy beige to olive-brown. On the tanned body look lighter, on the pale - on the contrary. This form of mycosis is characterized by a slight itch.

Red flat lichen is a cluster of purple-colored nodules that have merged into a large, glossy spot of irregular shape, somewhat protruding above the surface of the skin. On the lower extremities it is usually localized on the inner parts of the skin of the hips and frontal - shins. On the spots can form bubbles (pemphigoid form), they can peel (erythematous). This lichen is shown quite differently, it can be suspected if a large spot on the leg itches. However, the final verdict is for the doctor.

The disease is characterized by severe itching, especially the warty form. At an atrophic form, shiny pearls on the feet are itchy. Eruptions can be localized in different places, not only on the skin, but also on the mucous membranes.

If the red round spot on the foot itches, it can be a symptom of both lichen and diabetes. Especially if it has arisen on the site for a long time without healing wounds or scratches. Additional symptoms prompting to undergo examination are constant thirst, nocturia (frequent urination at night), poor epithelization of skin injuries.

Diabetic dermopathy is often found in people with this disease. The spots are located on the frontal part of the tibia, symmetrically on both legs. Color brownish-red, diameter first does not exceed a centimeter. Over time, the size of the spots increases, areas of dark atrophied skin capture an increasing area. Itching is mild. More common in diabetics with a male experience.

Diabetic men are more likely to encounter such a cutaneous manifestation of the disease as the ringed granuloma of Daria, although not all specialists agree that this disease is caused only by diabetes. Look like rashes like small dense pinkish nodules with raised edges. They are prone to fusion, forming on the body of ring-shaped patterns. Subjective symptoms are usually not too troubling, however, there may be minor soreness. Diabetic skin itch can also bother without rashes, so when a granuloma appears complaints of itching. This cutaneous pathology can appear not only in diabetics, allergies are also at risk (among them there are more children aged 3-10 years and adult women). Sometimes ring-shaped granuloma Darya occurs after therapy with sulfonamides. On the feet and hands, the favorite places for rashes are feet and brushes, and can also be placed on the body.

Depigmented skin areas (vitiligo) are usually not accompanied by itching, however, diabetics prone to these skin defects may also feel that the white patches on the legs are itchy.

Yellow spots localized on the back of the knees - a diabetic xanthoma, bubbling spots on the skin of the foot and fingers - a diabetic bladder (a rare manifestation of diabetes, suddenly appears and also passes by itself).

Vascular insufficiency manifests itself often on the legs. Red spots in the beginning in the form of vascular asterisks appear in the knee area and on the skin of the lower leg, the spots are itchy, not too much and not always. In addition, there are drawing pains and a feeling of heaviness in the legs. If the trophism of the arterial vessels is broken, the skin around the specks has a pale appearance, its surface is cold, sensitive to pain, contrast temperature is reduced. More pronounced itching is characteristic for venous insufficiency, the skin thus acquires a dark shade, edematic, covered with brownish-violet spots.

When brown spots on the legs itch - this can be a manifestation of liver pathologies. In this case, itching is caused not by emerging patches, but stagnation of bile or bilirubin, which is eliminated through the skin, when the liver can not cope with its utilization. Itching accompanies many liver diseases and is one of their first signs. As well as cutaneous manifestations. Can be permanent and in the form of seizures. The skin of the limbs - favorite places of itching and rashes.

Xanthomatous rash - yellowish rounded small patches are itchy on the legs, hands, and maybe all over the body.

Stains formed in cases of persistent vasodilation (telangiectasia) are also one of the symptoms of liver disease. True on their feet in this case they appear, usually in the last place.

Small hemorrhages (hepatic purpura) multiple rashes on the skin and mucous membranes are also characteristic for hepatic pathologies. They do not disappear when pressed. There are also quite large hemorrhages. Patients often experience bleeding from the nose and other natural openings.

Stains on the legs may be symptoms of psoriasis. The itching can be strong, and hardly felt, depending on the form of the disease. There are such spots on the extensor sites, for example, the knees. If at this point a dry spot on your leg itches, this may be the beginning of vulgar psoriasis. The spot is elevated above the level of healthy skin, the surrounding area is inflamed. The very spot in the center is covered with grayish or whitish dry scales. Are inclined to growth and merge with similar formations. Usually such rashes are also in other places, for example, elbows-knees or palms-soles.

Atypical forms of psoriatic plaques - large shiny bright red spots located on the inner surface of the thighs and other skin folds, signs of an inverse form of the disease.

On the hips, a drop-shaped psoriasis is localized, which often appears in children and young people after a sore throat. The lower legs, the ankles, and the raising of the foot are the favorite sites of warty psoriatic eruptions. Rounded papules merge into plaques encircling these legs. The same "bracelets" can usually be found on the wrists.

Large round and rough itchy spots on the legs can have a herpetic etiology. Such spots are prone to recurrence, since completely to destroy the herpes virus, which got into the body with modern medicines is not yet possible. Without treatment, the stains are strongly itchy, the combs crack, become wet and crusty.

When the red spots on the abdomen and legs itch, they can be a sign of scabies. True scabby spots are located in addition to the abdomen only on the upper and inner parts of the thighs. At the bottom on the legs scabies do not live, as well as on the back. Between the spots of entry and exit of the mite, thin light strokes of it are seen.

White and pinkish white spots that do not protrude above the skin of the legs may be caused by hypomelanosis, vitiligo, developing leukoderma. These types of spots do not itch, and if they are accompanied by itching, then it has nothing to do with them. Spots of secondary syphilis do not cause any discomfort, are located throughout the body, their number gradually increases.

Erysipelas can begin with the appearance of one or more rather large red spots, including on the legs (frequent enough localization). True, they do not itch, but they hurt, in these places there is a burning sensation and bursting of the skin. A characteristic symptom is a high fever.

Pink lichen (Zhibera's disease) can appear in any places, and on legs including, almost never itches, however in places of contact with clothes there can be an itch. First appears the main pink spot (mother plaque), with time it is surrounded by smaller satellite spots. Spots rise above a healthy skin surface. Such rashes can be many. After about ten days, the center of the spots turns yellow or browns and begins to peel off. Pink remains slightly protruding fringe spots. The peak incidence falls on the cold season: winter-spring. In addition to rashes, there may be signs of general malaise that precede the appearance of spots. The origin is unknown, the viral nature of the disease is assumed.

Cholinergic urticaria manifests as an itchy, bubbly, thick rash on any part of the body, however, it is extremely rare on the lower part of the body and legs. This is usually preceded by stressful situations, significant physical and nervous overexertion: competitions, examinations and the like, exposure to high temperatures. It appears quickly from five minutes to an hour after exposure to an irritating factor. Additional symptoms are hyperthermia, hypersalivation, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting.

Stains on the legs may appear after the depilation procedure, and if such spots are itchy, this may be a symptom of infection.

The appearance of stains on the legs signals the presence of trouble, often very serious. Therefore, if the number of spots increases, they itch, merge and grow, urgently need to see a doctor.

Who to contact?

Diagnostics of the itchy spots on the legs

Refer to a doctor to identify the cause of this skin defect is desirable in the acute stage of the disease, when the symptom is the most distinct. Self-medication can bring imaginary relief, erase and distort the clinical picture, which can result in an erroneous diagnosis.

After examination and questioning the patient, based on the alleged causes of rashes, the doctor will prescribe laboratory tests. Be sure to make a blood test, clinical and biochemical, as well as glucose; general urine analysis. If suspected of infection - culture analysis of scraping from spots. Probably a biopsy of the affected areas of the skin and its microscopic examination, dermatoscopy, will be prescribed. Allergic contact dermatitis for nickel intolerance is determined by a test with dimethylglyoxime. With the help of immunological blood tests, you can identify allergens. Cholinergic urticaria is diagnosed with a provocative test as an analog of acetylcholine.

Other instrumental diagnostics will be carried out if necessary: angiography of the vessels of the extremities, ultrasound examination of blood vessels, liver, thyroid gland. After carrying out of inspections on their data differential diagnostics is spent and the definitive diagnosis is established. Allergic dermatitis, psoriasis must be differentiated from fungal skin lesions, infections. For example, vascular benign tumors - hemangiomas also appear on the skin as red spots, and, they can be of different sizes. This spot on the foot does not hurt, it does not itch, and, apart from a cosmetic defect, there is no danger to health.

If the pink spot on the foot does not itch, it can turn out to be pink deprive, and syphilis, a serious infectious disease affecting all organs of the human body.

Chronic systemic pathologies, manifested by skin defects, are also quite common, so when there are red spots on the legs, increasing their number and itching, a thorough diagnosis is necessary. It is in the acute period of the disease that it is easier to diagnose its origin. Self-medication, based on assumptions, is fraught with harmful consequences. It can cause a false improvement, confuse the symptoms and complicate the installation of the correct diagnosis and, therefore, slow the healing process.

Treatment of the itchy spots on the legs

Since the rash is a symptom of a variety of diseases, the therapeutic measures are also carried out to relieve the underlying disease and alleviate the patient's condition-eliminating itching and healing the skin's surface.

With allergies, it is mandatory to identify and eliminate the allergen, to observe a hypoallergenic diet. In the treatment regimen as a detoxification agent include Enterosgel - for purifying blood and intestines from toxic substances and allergens. The active component of the drug - polymethylsiloxane polyhydrate has the ability to absorb and bind metabolites of unfinished metabolic reactions, toxins, opportunistic and pathogenic microbes, eliminating them with the feces from the body. At the same time, without disturbing the vital activity of useful microorganisms in the intestine. As a result of the detoxifying effect of Enterosgel, the activity of immune cells is stabilized. Sorbent does not enter the total blood flow. Contraindicated only with acute intestinal obstruction. It is approved for use by pregnant and lactating women, in pediatric practice. Side effect may be constipation. Take orally, squeezed with enough to swallow the amount of water, at least 90 minutes before taking the medicine or food, or two hours later. Dosage by 5g (teaspoon) twice a day at the age younger than three years; the same single dose only three times a day is given at the age of three to five; from five to 14 years - 10 g (dessert spoon) three times a day; patients over 14 years - dosed at 15 g (tablespoon) three times a day.

Sometimes this is enough. If necessary, drug therapy is used. Single spots appearing at the places of contact with the stimulus are treated with the use of local nonhormonal ointments, for example,  Fenistil gel. The active ingredient dimethindene maleate easily penetrates the skin, has anti-allergic action, blocking H1-histamine receptors, reduces irritation, inflammation and itching, starts to act a few minutes after application. Has cooling and local anesthetic effect. Do not apply to extensive areas of damage, after application, avoid sunlight. Teratogenicity does not possess, it is allowed to use in small areas of skin for pregnant and lactating women. Patients older than two years can be used two to four times a day, under two - only as prescribed by the doctor. When extensive lesions are used in combination with the oral form of the drug - drops or capsules. Drops can be given to children from a month's age, up to a year they are prescribed a single dose of three to ten drops, taken three times a day. Children from one to three times a day take 10-15 drops; from three to 12 years - 15-20; older than 20-40. You can divide the daily dose into two doses, and the evening dose can be twice as high as the morning dose. Capsules are taken by patients 12 years and older. The standard dosage is a daily intake of one capsule, it is swallowed whole and washed down with water. The drug is contraindicated in patients with bronchial asthma and performing work that requires extreme attention.

Atopic dermatitis in children from the age of three months and adults are treated with cream  Elidel. The anti-inflammatory action of the active substance (pimecrolimus) is based on the release of proinflammatory mediators and cytokines from T-lymphocytes and mast cells. Inhibiting the activity of calcinervine, suppresses the activity of immunocytes of the skin. It does not provoke the development of atrophic processes, the action is comparable in intensity with the derivatives of clobetasol. Can be used for long courses.

The cream is easily rubbed twice a day into damaged areas of the skin. Applied with the first signs of atopic dermatitis, when used throughout the year, it prevents relapses.

Cholinergic eruptions are a reaction to an endogenous substance (acetylcholine), formed in the patient's body under the influence of certain factors. Therefore, antihistamines are not effective in this case, mainly, local preparations with  belladonna extract or with atropine are used. They are applied to the spots once or twice a day. Extraction krasavki (belladonna) has a pronounced cholinolytic effect. Active ingredients of the extract - alkaloids atropine, scopolamine, hyoscyamine bind M and H holinoretseptory, thereby reducing their sensitization to acetylcholine, and also - blocking cholinergic nerve impulses.

A good effect is provided by combined treatment - local remedies for allergies + oral antihistamines. It is preferable to use second-generation drugs that do not have sedative properties of drugs belonging to the first generation, for example,  Loratadine. Effective in allergic urticaria and dermatitis caused by various allergens, including - drugs and bites of bloodsucking insects. Has a speed, half an hour after the start of the rash, they cease to itch and the inflammatory manifestations decrease. Accepted from the age of 12 or from the moment when the body weight exceeds 30kg - once a day for one tablet. At the age of 2-11 years, children who have a body weight does not exceed 30 kg, it is recommended to take half a tablet. Side effects (vomiting or dryness in the mouth) are very rare.

In cases of ineffectiveness of antihistamines, hormonal preparations of local and systemic action are prescribed. They are taken only as prescribed by the doctor and are used in short courses, as they have many impressive side effects, then, after achieving an improvement in the patient's condition, "cure" antihistamines, anti-inflammatory or alternative means.

With spots caused by hepatic pathologies, diabetes mellitus is prescribed treatment of the underlying disease in combination with detoxifying (Enterosgel) and antiallergic agents.

Dermatomycoses are treated with fungicidal ointments, tablets or combinations thereof, dermatitis caused by viruses or bacteria, respectively, antiviral and antibacterial drugs. The success of treatment depends entirely on correct and timely diagnosis.

The treatment regimen includes vitamins and vitamin complexes, the emphasis is on ascorbic acid and B vitamins. Such remedies help restore the defenses of the body and increase its own resistance.

In skin pathologies, physiotherapy is widely used. In acute phases of dermatosis it is contraindicated, however, during the recovery period it helps to heal wounds and renew skin cells. To improve the functional state of the skin surface, the D'Arsonval method is used - exposure to pulsed high-frequency currents, drug electrophoresis, PUVA therapy.

Alternative treatment

Prescriptions for alternative medicine in some cases can help get rid of stains on the legs, reduce the symptoms of inflammation and itching. They can be used during the recovery period, after consulting with the doctor in advance, to speed up the processes of epithelialization.

When spots only appeared, at home, you can clean the body. With spots of an allergic origin, it can help, with other types of spots, too, does not hurt. Cleaning at home can be done in such ways:

  • put a cleansing enema and starve the next day, especially if this day is a day off;
  • take activated carbon from the calculation: one tablet per 10 kg of body weight (days for five non-infectious nature spots usually pass through);
  • take Enterosgel.

Allergic spots on the skin can be smeared with brine from sauerkraut. It quickly removes itching, and several procedures with lotion from the brine should remove stains.

It is recommended to spread the stains for the night with such a composition: take a dry mustard, pour boiling water, cool - apply to the affected skin and leave until the morning. In the morning the skin should be cleansed.

With allergies, herbal medicine is widely used: gums are made with infusions of string, chamomile, celery root. With the same plants, baths are made.

Celery in general with allergies is not only external, but also inside. It is possible to apply finely-cut fresh leaves of this plant to spots or to make ointment, taking in equal proportions crushed celery leaves and butter.

Fungal skin lesions can also be treated using medicinal plants. Usually, the skin of the feet is affected, so the bath is recommended from the fungus:

  • with celandine: take 8 tablespoons of dry ground grass for three liters of boiling water and boil for three to five minutes, allow it to cool to a warm state, do not dilute, hold your feet in the broth;
  • with natural ground coffee: 10 tablespoons of coffee brewed in two liters of boiling water, in a cooled broth (not strained) keep feet for half an hour, do not wipe, put on simple socks and go to bed; In the morning, wash off the remnants of coffee.

Ointment from the fungus: 100 g of birch tar, raw chicken egg (homemade), a tablespoon of cream from homemade milk, mix the ingredients, put in a glass jar, store in the refrigerator under the lid. Apply ointment on the steamed legs before going to bed, from the top to wrap up with a bandage, daily for two months. Before treatment did not end, even if the legs were clean from defeat.

Red lichen planus is recommended to be treated with lotions from undiluted apple cider vinegar or juice from the berries of Kalina. Apply to spots four to six times a day for 10 minutes.

You can do appliques with sea buckthorn oil. Keep them on the skin for at least half an hour, while still in the morning on an empty stomach to take half a teaspoon of oil.

If the infected parts of the body are dosed with hot water twice a day for three minutes every three days, then improvement will be noticeable in three days, and after half a month the red lichen planus will disappear.

Pink lichen passes by itself for a month, although there is its ring-shaped form, which changes into chronic and lasts for several years. Alternative medicine suggests helping the body to shorten the recovery period with the help of celandine tincture on alcohol or salicylic alcohol, rubbing the rash twice a day. You can prepare and water infusion, mixing in a glass jar in equal proportions talc, zinc oxide, glycerin and water.

Homeopathy

Stains on the legs, of various genesis, are successfully treated with homeopathic preparations, including vitiligo, and other skin manifestations, the causes of which cause controversy in official medical circles. Homeopathic treatment is aimed not at suppressing rashes, but at identifying and eliminating problems with internal organs that do not cope with their functions, so the skin looks at the role of natural drainage organs (kidneys, liver, intestine). Homeopaths treat dermatoses and dermatitis as the body's desire to eliminate the problem through the skin, to bring it outward away from vital internal organs. The homoeopathic physician tries to understand the trigger mechanism of this problem, and the purpose of the drug most often occurs according to the constitutional type of the patient.

For the treatment of skin pathologies, almost the entire arsenal of a homeopathic pharmacy is used, since each patient has his own mental and physical characteristics.

For example, the homeopathic drug Ammonium carbonicum or ammonium carbonate can be used to treat various types of urticaria, as well as depigmentation of the skin to impressionable patients with frequent mood changes and dictator's habits.

The agent Conium or hemlock spotted is prescribed to patients prone to depression, timid and unsociable, predisposed to endocrine pathologies and neoplasms. They often have rashes in the winter, vitiligo may suffer.

Ignacy (beans of St. Ignacy) is shown to emotional and temperamental patients who have strong will, inclined to empathy and ready to always come to the rescue. Helps with cholinergic urticaria, caused by a stressful situation, disorders of skin pigmentation.

Sulfur (sulfuric color) and Sulfur Yodatum (an alloy of sulfur and iodine) - the main drugs used in the treatment of spots on the skin, which itch, are especially effective in chronic dermatoses.

Rus toxicodendron (poisonous sumac) is prescribed for patients with cold allergies, when rashes appear on the reddened and swollen skin. Local preparations can be prescribed in the form of a homeopathic ointment or oil.

Calcium carbonate (carbon dioxide lime) is prescribed to full and loose patients, children with intolerance to milk.

Dermatological problems are well eliminated by homeopathic manganese preparations. When skin manifestations of dysfunction of the digestive organs, cholestasis and for stimulation of the intestinal functions is prescribed Manganum Sulfuricum (manganese sulphate). Manganum Acetikum (acetic acid manganese) is prescribed for psoriasis and dry eczema, accompanied by severe itching. Manganum Carbonicum (carbonic manganese) - with psoriatic eruptions, pityrious lichen.

Complex homeopathic preparations can be used in allopathic treatment regimens, they practically do not cause undesirable actions, which is especially valuable for patients with dermatological problems. Pregnant and lactating women take such drugs only as prescribed by the doctor.

For example,  Lymphomyosot  - a homotoxic multicomponent drug that activates the lymph drainage, detoxifies the body and reduces the symptoms of inflammation: itching, redness, exudation, puffiness. Functional disorders of organs and cells, including immune ones, are regulated. The form of release - oral drops and a solution in ampoules for injections. It is not recommended for persons sensitized to the components of the drug. Patients with increased thyroid function should exercise caution when dosing the drug.

To pump in 10ml of water a single dose of the medicine according to age and drink, keeping in the oral cavity for as long as possible, three times a day before meals for half an hour or after it with an hour interval.

Single dose for infants is one or two drops, at the age of 1-2 full years - three, 3-5 years - five, 6-11 years - seven. After reaching 12 years, 10 drops drip. In the acute phase of the disease, a single dose can be taken after a quarter of an hour, the maximum daily intake is tenfold. After relieving the aggravation, they switch to a standard procedure.

Patients with hyperthyroidism are dosed with the drug, taking 1/2 of age-appropriate portions, bringing to the age norm a daily increase of one drop.
