Physical therapy for cystitis

Physiotherapy for cystitis is usually performed in a urology department using all necessary means and methods. In the event of an exacerbation of chronic cystitis, after consultation with a urologist, it is advisable to use short-pulse electroanalgesia, laser (magnetic laser) therapy and magnetic therapy from home physiotherapy methods.
Short-pulse electroanalgesia is recommended for patients using the DiaDENS-T device. The patient's position during the procedure is lying on the bed (couch, sofa) on his back.
They act on the exposed skin surface directly above the pubic symphysis. The method of action is contact, stable.
Frequency of electrical impulses: the first 3 procedures are carried out at a frequency of 77 Hz, all subsequent ones - at a frequency of 10 Hz.
The voltage of the electric current is strictly individual (according to subjective sensations in the form of a slight tingling sensation under the electrode).
The exposure time for one field is 10 minutes. The course of treatment is 5-15 procedures daily.
Laser (magnetolaser) therapy is carried out using emitters of the near infrared part of the optical spectrum (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 µm).
The patient's position during the procedure is lying on a bed (couch, sofa) on his back with his knees bent and legs spread apart. The method of exposure is contact, stable.
Fields of influence: I - along the midline of the abdomen directly above the pubic symphysis; II - perineal region, midway between the anus and the root of the penis.
PPM NLI 10 - 50 mW/cm2. Magnetic nozzle induction 20 - 40 mT. NLI modulation frequency 80 Hz.
The exposure time on the field is up to 5 minutes. The course of treatment is up to 10 procedures daily, once a day in the morning.
Magnetic therapy is recommended to be performed using the device "Pole-2D". The patient's position during the procedure is lying on a bed (couch, sofa) on his back with knees bent and legs spread apart. The method of exposure is contact, stable.
Fields of influence: I - along the midline of the abdomen directly above the pubic symphysis; II - perineal region.
The exposure time on the field is up to 20 minutes, for a course of treatment up to 10 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning.
It is possible to carry out the procedures sequentially in one day at home for chronic cystitis (the interval between procedures is 2-4 hours):
- laser (magnetic laser) therapy + magnetic therapy;
- laser (magnetic laser) therapy + short-pulse electroanalgesia;
- short-pulse electroanalgesia + magnetic therapy.
