One simple, but at the same time, effective folk prescription for the treatment of inflammatory lesions of the upper and lower respiratory tract is oats with milk from a cough. Like a beverage of animal origin, oats have many useful properties. It can be taken as an anti-inflammatory drug in many pathologies of the body.

Recipes of brewing oats on milk from a cough

  • A couple of tablespoons of oats pour a glass of warm milk and put in a sealed container in the oven for 1-2 hours. Ready-made broth should be filtered and taken in small portions throughout the day. If desired, you can add a spoonful of honey.
  • 50 g of oats, pour 500 ml of milk and cook until the croup is soft. Strain, add a couple of spoons of honey and take to treat dry cough.
