Eleutherococcus in tablets refers to adaptogenes of plant origin and is recommended for increasing the tone of the body, activating metabolism, relieving fatigue, increasing physical endurance and resistance to the body's resistance to a wide range of stress factors and negative environmental influences.

Thanks to the ability of the plant to lower the level of cortisol in the blood, Eleutherococcus in tablets reduces the time it takes to fall asleep, increasing the depth and duration of sleep.

Phytopreparation is used as a tonic for healing and strengthening during periods of fatigue, loss of strength in VSD, disability and concentration, as well as during recovery and medical rehabilitation.

Pharmacodynamics

The tonic effect of the extract of the root eleutherococcus is provided by the biologically active substances that make up its composition: phenolic glycosides (douacosterol, syringin, sesamine, syringaresinol, hyperin, friedeline, isofraxidine, alpha-D-galactoside), beta-sitosterol, coumarins, antioxidant flavonoids and anthocyanins ; dihydroxybenzoic, betulinic and caffeic acid, polysaccharides.

Extensive research shows that the use of drugs based on this plant increases immunity, increases strength due to the normalization of energy homeostasis, stimulates sexual function, reduces the load on the body in conditions of oxygen starvation, improves the function of the adrenal, cardiovascular and CNS.

Dosing and administration

This product of any form of release, including Eleutherococcus tablets, is taken orally - one tablet (100 mg) no more than twice a day. The maximum duration of one course is one month.

Use Eleutherococcus tablets during pregnancy

Due to the lack of safety data for pregnant women, the use of Eleutherococcus in tablets during pregnancy and breastfeeding is contraindicated.

Contraindications

Contraindications to the use of Eleutherococcus in tablets (and other forms) include: individual intolerance to the drug; increased blood pressure: acute infections; diabetes; severe heart failure, heart rate disorder, heart attack; cardiovascular pathologies of the brain, mental illness, poor blood coagulability; age up to 12 years.
