Chirai, also known as furuncle, is a purulent inflammation of the hair follicle, as well as adjacent tissues.

Over time, the inflammatory process affects the sebaceous gland and the adjacent connective tissue. As a rule, the disease provokes Staphylococcus aureus. Non-compliance with personal hygiene and skin damage, in most cases, lead to the development of purulent inflammation.

An important role in the development of the disease is played by weakened immunity, chronic diseases, lack of vitamins, diabetes mellitus.

trusted-source[1], [2], [3]

Causes of the illusory

Chirai is a rather painful disease. The inflamed hair sac is very hard when palpated, after the pus starts to accumulate, soreness increases greatly. But as soon as the abscess breaks, soreness and inflammation gradually subside.

There can appear an abscess for a variety of reasons. The most common causes of the appearance of boils are low immunity, non-observance of personal hygiene, disruption of the hormonal background, poor nutrition. In some cases, furunculosis may cause some medications, in addition, in people with diabetes, the likelihood of the disease increases because of a metabolic disorder.

Chicken is formed after the bacterial staphylococcus aureus enters the hair follicle. Penetrate the bacterium through damaged skin and causes severe inflammation inside the hair follicle, as well as in adjacent tissues. An abscess can form on any part of the human body (only where there is hair). Most of the disease affects children and men. Young children have such a bad habit, how to comb the dirty hands with damaged places on the skin, as a result of which, the infection can easily penetrate the skin. In men, it is often formed on the face, as shaving can damage the skin.

Most often, a boil appears on the face, neck, armpits, hips and buttocks.

Pathogens

Risk factors

The main reasons for the appearance of boils are considered to be hypothermia. However, the development of abscess on the body can also lead to fatigue (nervous or physical), a decrease in immunity, a lack of vitamins in the body (especially C and A), chronic diseases, metabolic disorders (obesity, anemia, diabetes mellitus), various lesions on the skin, where the infection can get (abrasions, combed insect bites, scratches), poor personal hygiene, a tendency to increased sweating. In addition, the boil may become a complication of the transferred infectious disease.

The formation of boils usually occurs in the spring, when the human body is weakened and susceptible to all kinds of infections.

Symptoms of the illusory

Chicken appears in the form of a slight swelling on the skin around the hair. There may also be pain (from mild to very severe), redness (in some cases, skin color does not change significantly), itching, tingling. At normal maturation of the abscess on day 3-4, redness and swelling increase, a white or yellowish head of the purulent stem appears in the center of the compaction, a throbbing pain is felt.

If after several days no improvement occurs, the furuncle becomes very large or very painful, the purulent head of the rod does not appear, you should consult a specialist for help.

In size, boils can be from 1 to 3 cm. In some cases, the entire maturation period from it may bleed a purulent liquid, or vice versa, the boil can cover a fairly hard crust.

Do they give out a boil?

Staphylococcus aureus, which in most cases provokes the development of boils, can be present on the skin and mucous membranes of many people, while absolutely not manifest themselves, until conditions favorable for its development are created. Since Staphylococcus aureus can be transmitted from person to person, furunculosis is considered a fairly contagious disease.

trusted-source[15]

How much does the boil?

The emerging boil is quickly inflamed, increases in size. In some cases, a small amount of pus can be released from it, if you do not observe personal hygiene, the disease can spread to other areas of the body.

At the beginning of the development, a painful reddening condensation appears around the hair follicle, which in 2-3 days can increase very much in size, it will become denser, and pain will increase. On the 3rd - 5th day, a purulent stem appears (a white dot inside the reddened seal). At this time, the general condition may worsen (temperature, weakness, headaches increase). After opening or spontaneous piercing pus pain and swelling pass. If the disease occurs without complications, then from the time of the emergence of the boil to dissection, 10-12 days pass.

Headache

Chicken on the head represents a rather big danger to human health. Such purulent inflammation can be complicated by purulent meningitis, blood infection (sepsis).

To treat abscesses on the head is better under the supervision of a specialist, because with improper treatment, pus can quickly get into the brain.

There are several options for treating headaches. Usually, a specialist prescribes a course of antibiotic treatment of the affected area with special antiseptic solutions that accelerate the maturation process. With this approach, the boil passes in 4-6 days.

You can also resort to surgical treatment of boils, when the surgeon opens the inflamed area and cleans from purulent contents.

In any case, whichever treatment is chosen, after opening the abscess (naturally or surgically), it is necessary to apply antiseptic agents to the affected area for several days, which will prevent infection in the wound and promote the healing of the skin.

Face to face

Chicken on the face can provoke such a serious complication as inflammation of the venous wall, which in turn creates optimal conditions for the development of purulent meningitis. Such severe complications are accompanied by a strong edema of the face, tenderness, stiffness of the occipital muscles. If there are multiple chiri on the face, besides, the neck is affected, it is necessary to urgently seek the help of a dermatologist and undergo antibiotic treatment.

Do not touch the abscess with dirty hands. At the beginning of maturation, it is recommended to apply antibacterial agent (Vishnevsky ointment, ichthyol ointment) several times a day to the boil. It is not recommended to warm up the abscesses, because in this case the probability of penetrating the pus increases, which threatens with sepsis. Also it is impossible to pick, scratch and extrude the boil, so that the infection does not spread all over the body.

As a rule, after 8-12 days the boil ripens and breaks out. After this, it is necessary to remove the remains of pus with clean hands, rinse the wound with hydrogen peroxide and apply antiseptic to speed up the healing process. Apply antiseptic until the full tightening of the wound.

The facial skin often appears in people with a fat type of skin. Usually timely and proper treatment helps to cure the abscess. If you have a boil, the main thing is to seek medical help in time to avoid complications. Do not pull with an appeal to a specialist you need in those cases if 3-4 days after the appearance of a purulent stem is not formed. In this case, the risk of penetrating the pus is significantly increased, which can lead to the spread of infection through the body and the infection of blood.

Cheeri on the forehead

The jealousy on the forehead exposes the organism to great danger. First and foremost, this is due to the fact that the blood from the person quickly gets into the brain and if pus penetrates inside or improperly treated, purulent meningitis may develop.

Typically, in such cases, the doctor prescribes a course of antibiotics that help not only to destroy the infection, but almost halve the process of recovery. Also, local treatment is given in the form of ointments or compresses (ointment levomecol, Vishnevsky ointment, etc.).

With a surgical removal of the boil, a small scar may remain on the face.

trusted-source[17]

Chicken on the eye

The eyelash appears first in the form of a slight reddening of the skin under the eye, the skin over the affected area itches, slightly swells, it hurts. A few days later there is an abscess. In the normal course of the disease, the abscess is fully ripened and exits within a few days.

In order to prevent the development of the abscess on the eye, it is necessary to start treatment immediately, as soon as the first signs of the disease appeared. First of all, it is necessary to consult an oculist who will prescribe an effective treatment. Usually, with inflammatory processes on the eyes, antibacterial therapy (penicillin, gentamicin), drops or ointments for topical use (ciprolet, levomycetin) is prescribed. The most effective way to get rid of boils on the eye is the use of ointments (erythromycin, tetracycline), which destroy bacteria from the mucous membrane of the eye.

Eyeshadow under the eye

Chiray under the eye requires urgent treatment. An ulcer under the eye is formed as a result of inflammation of the hair bulb as a result of the ingress of bacteria. Chirai usually appears with weakened immunity, often the abscess is a harbinger of the common cold, and can also appear after the already transferred disease.

At the first signs of the disease, when there is no pus formation, it is recommended to use dry heat. The people are widely known for this method: hard-boiled egg warm (or hot through a layer of towels) to apply to the patient's eye. In addition to the egg, you can also use heated salt wrapped in a pouch.

This method speeds up the ripening process quickly (however, there were cases when the boil completely disappeared, without the formation of a purulent core). It is worth noting that to warm up the affected area after the purulent stem was formed.

In addition to alternative methods, traditional means, such as Albucid drops, are also helpful in coping with the abscess under the eye. To increase immunity, it is recommended to drink a course of vitamins. If the boil under the eye appears regularly or periodically disturbs the chiri on other parts of the body, you need to see a specialist, find out the cause of the abscess and take the necessary course of treatment.

Chirai on the century

Chiraus most often affects the upper eyelid or region of the eyebrows, very rarely it forms on the edge of the century. First, a tight knot with a small puffiness appears, which eventually spreads over the entire eyelid and can even capture half the face. After the maturation of the purulent stem and exit outward, the eyelid heals, and on the site of the abscess remains a small scar. Quite often the boil on the eyelid is accompanied by a deterioration in the general condition of the body (headache, weakness, fever).

During treatment, antibacterial therapy (broad-spectrum drugs) is usually used, local treatment of the affected area (before opening the abscess with camphor oil, antiseptics, after opening - with iodine, green), anti-inflammatory and antiseptic ointments are also prescribed to accelerate maturation, and also after rupture pus to accelerate healing and prevent infection.

Cheek in the upper eyelid

At the first stage of development, the boil on the upper eyelid appears as a small compaction, there may also be a slight reddening of the eyelid and painfulness when blinking. At this stage of development, dry heat is recommended to speed up the maturation process of the purulent stem. If the general condition deteriorates during the ripening of the boil (temperature, weakness, headaches worsen), one can take painkillers and antipyretic drugs.

trusted-source[19], [20], [21]

Cheek on the eyebrow

Cheek on the eyebrows appears as a small, painful nodule. Over time, puffiness can seize the entire eyelid, as well as half the face. During maturation, a furuncle can be disturbed by throbbing pain, general weakness, temperature, nearby lymph nodes can be inflamed nearby. Treatment of boil on the eyebrows is best done under the supervision of a specialist, since the chiri on the face are quite dangerous and can lead to undesirable consequences. As in other cases, dry heat is recommended at the first stage, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory agents are set up; in the stage of purulent ripening (with the appearance of a purulent stem), boils can not be heated, only compresses with pulling and antiseptic agents are shown. After puncturing the pus for a few more days, until the wound is fully healed, it is necessary to apply anti-inflammatory drugs. The reason for urgent consultation of the surgeon is the state of chiria, in which for 3-5 days on the surface can not see the head of the purulent stem, increased pain, severe puffiness. In this case, the puncture of the pus can occur inside and lead to serious complications.

Cheek in the nose

Any inflammatory disease on the face is dangerous because of the peculiarities of the blood flow. Infection from the surface of the facial skin can easily penetrate deeper tissues and get into the systemic circulation. It is for this reason that any rashes on the face, especially the boils, should be treated very carefully.

Chyray in the nose is located on the mucous, in a sufficiently inaccessible place. When such an abscess appears, it is better to consult a doctor immediately to avoid possible serious consequences.

The furuncle begins to appear with a slight tingling, the next day the tingling intensifies, there is pain, swelling, redness, in the future the maturation of the furuncle in the nose is no different from maturing on any other part of the body. It is very important that the boil completely ripens and comes out on its own, otherwise the infection can stay inside.

On examination, the doctor will determine the most optimal method of treatment. In some cases, it is sufficient to apply antibacterial ointments and general restorative therapy. But if the boil develops with some complications or if the process is started, a course of antibiotics or surgery will be required.

Chick under the nose

Chininess under the nose usually occurs as a result of inadequate hygiene, infections, various chronic diseases. The principle of treatment of boils under the nose does not differ from treatment in another part of the face or body. Inflamed site can be treated with iodine, zelenok, alcohol. In some cases, the use of antibiotics is required.

trusted-source[23],

Cheeks on the bridge of the nose

Chicken on the bridge of the nose according to the stages of development and appearance does not differ from the abscesses on other parts of the body. In this case, the tumor can affect not only the site of the lesion, but also capture the greater part of the face.

trusted-source[24], [25]

Litter on the lip

Cheeks on the face appears most often. It is characteristic that in the overwhelming majority of cases, the abscess develops on the upper lip. It should be noted that the boil on the lip is dangerous because this part of the face is connected with both the front facial vein and the cavernous sinus (carries venous outflow from the brain and orbitals and participates in the regulation of intracranial circulation). It is for this reason that pimples or abscesses located in the nasolabial triangle can not be squeezed out, scratched, etc. If the infection through the damaged area penetrates the cavernous sinus or facial vein, it can lead to the development of thrombosis or meningitis, death is not excluded.

Chyray under the lip

In addition to the upper lip, the boil may form under the lip, and in the corners of the mouth. When there are abscesses in the area of the lips, after 2-3 days there is a strong puffiness in this area, and cheeks and cheekbones can also swell.

Chyray under the lip over time becomes like a small bleeding ulcer, which gradually tightens. It is very important to know that you only need to touch the chirjas with clean hands, and you should also wash your hands after handling the chirpas so as not to spread the infection all over your body.

Treatment of chiri in the lip area should be carried out under the supervision of a specialist. As a rule, the therapy does not differ from the one that is prescribed for other localizations of chirals (provided that the development process is not complicated) - at the initial stage, dry heat (UHF), then antiseptic, stretch compresses and, after the release of pus for a few more days, it is recommended to apply anti-inflammatory agents until complete healing.

Chirai in language

Cigarettes on the tongue can appear as a result of poor oral hygiene, as well as when entering the infection during dental procedures. Furuncle in the tongue at the beginning manifests itself in the form of a small painful compaction, after a few days the tongue can swell up and turn red. With the progression of the boil, the general condition of the body is disturbed, a person can not eat normally. As a rule, treatment of abscesses in the tongue is carried out in an operative way: the surgeon cuts the boil and cleans from purulent contents, after that the patient is given rinsing of the oral cavity with antiseptic solutions.

Chelation in the mouth

The junk in the mouth causes a lot of trouble. First of all, it is associated with severe soreness, puffiness, because of which a person can not normally eat. Also, the treatment of purulent abscesses in the mouth is quite difficult, because the usual methods of treatment (dry heat, ointment, compresses, etc.) are practically impossible when the boil in the oral cavity ripens.

In this case, surgical treatment is prescribed and, if necessary, antibiotic therapy.

In the oral cavity on the mucous membrane, bacteria and microbes reproduce quite well in a moist environment. It is for this reason that the treatment of any inflammatory processes in the mouth should begin immediately after the appearance of the first unpleasant symptoms in order to prevent more serious complications.

Chicken on the gums appears as a result of poor oral hygiene. Also the cause of abscesses on the gums may be diseases of the gums, teeth. The disease is provoked by pyogenic bacteria, most commonly staphylococci. Microbes fall into the muck through damage to the mucosa. In addition, with insufficient oral hygiene, bacteria accumulate on the mucous membranes and, as a result, cause inflammatory processes with subsequent suppuration.

Treatment of abscesses in the oral cavity is performed by a dentist, usually an operative intervention is performed: opening of the purulent focus and purification from necrotic masses.

Cheek in the ear

Crap in the ear begins to manifest with a slight sensation of stuffiness, itching, in some cases there is a noise in the ears. Over time, as the ripening ripens, there is a sharp pain when pressing, the temperature may rise.

To prevent the appearance of abscesses in the ear, one should observe personal hygiene, do not allow damage inside the ear, first of all, do not use sharp objects (toothpicks, needles, etc.) for cleaning, since even a small abrasion is a good place for reproduction of microorganisms. Minor damage should immediately be treated with alcohol, iodine, hydrogen peroxide or other antiseptics.

As a rule, only one boil may form in the ear. But when the chiri appear often or development occurs with complications, several ulcers appear, it is necessary to consult a dermatologist and determine the cause. It is possible that frequent or multiple defeat by chirami develops as a result of an existing chronic disease (eg, diabetes mellitus).

Chicken can occur in a person at any age, most often from the abscesses are people who are overweight, children and adolescents.

Chicken on the earlobe

Chicken on the earlobe may appear as a result of infection after piercing. Especially often, ulcers on the ear lobe are formed as a result of unprofessional piercing, which occurs at home in unsanitary conditions. Also, infections can also be introduced in the cabin, for example, with poorly disinfected tools, dirty hands, etc.

trusted-source[29]

Ears behind the ear

Chicken can appear on any area of the skin where there is hair, i.e. The only place on the human body where chiri can not be - it's feet and palms. Since the boil is the inflammation of the sac, from which the hair grows, the area behind the ear is no exception. Formed behind the ear a boil causes a lot of problems for the patient: soreness, general malaise, and parotid lymph nodes may also be inflamed. At the same time, the location of the chirring makes it difficult to independently apply ointments or compresses to accelerate the maturation of the purulent stem.

Cheek on the cheek

On face chiri appear quite often. Poor hygiene, hypothermia, cold or chronic diseases - all this leads to purulent inflammation. In women, the boil on the face can appear due to the contamination of the pores from the frequent use of decorative cosmetics.

The abscess on the cheek causes quite a lot of inconveniences and unpleasant sensations. First of all, the abscess can lead to a strong puffiness (which greatly spoils the appearance), soreness, and the maturation of the purulent stem can be accompanied by a worsening of the general condition (weakness, temperature, inflammation of the lymph nodes). Treatment of purulent abscesses on the face should be performed under the supervision of a specialist, since in case of complication or incorrect development (for example, when the purulent stem is penetrated inside), the infection in most cases falls directly into the brain.

trusted-source[30]

Chicken on the chin

Inflammations and abscesses are always unpleasant, especially if they appear on the face. It is difficult to confuse with a common pimple. First of all, the beginning furuncle manifests itself in the form of a painful densification, with pressure on which the pain intensifies. Most often, the infection that comes through the lesions on the skin leads to the abscesses.

In men, the boil on the chin occurs quite often, since with an inadvertent shave, they can infect the infection in a cut. Also, furuncles can disturb people with a fat type of skin, with disturbed metabolism (with obesity, diabetes), with weakened immunity (especially in the spring).

The first signs of chir - itching, swelling, redness of the skin. At the site of the lesion appears a painful compaction with a purulent center. Usually, after a few days, the abscess opens and clears the contents. After this, swelling, pain subsiding. To help in the maturation of the purulent stem, thereby speeding up the healing process, compresses from antiseptic and anti-inflammatory agents can be applied.

But if the head of the purulent stem does not appear in the center of redness in 3-5 days, the process of opening the abscess for a long time does not occur (after 8-10 days from the beginning of development), or after opening the wound for a long time does not tighten, bleeds or continues to flow from it , you must urgently consult a dermatologist.

Chicken on the temple

Chicken on the temple a few days after the appearance can provoke a great swelling of the face. Maturation furuncle occurs almost the same as on other parts of the body.

With improper treatment, severe exhaustion of the body (for example, after severe diseases), the boil may develop into an abscess.

Chir at the back of the head

Chiril on the back of the head appears quite often. It is best, when there is condensation and soreness in the neck, to appear to a specialist, in order to avoid possible complications.

trusted-source[32]

Chicken on the neck

Chicken on the neck, as well as on the face, poses a great danger, since the spread of the infection inside can lead to infection of the brain. It is best to immediately consult with a doctor who, after examination, determines the optimal methods of treatment when the first symptoms of development of the abscess (tingling, itching, condensation, redness) appear.

Chicken on back

The first signs of boil on the back is a slight painful compaction, quite often in the lesion is formed redness. In the early stages of development, it is recommended to heat the inflammation with dry heat, then, when a purulent stem appears, it is necessary to apply a compress of antiseptic ointments. In some cases, you will need to drink a course of antibiotics.

trusted-source[33]

Cirie on the chest

Chiray is a rather dangerous purulent disease that can occur for several reasons. The main cause of ulcers is weak immunity. You should also observe personal hygiene. In addition, the emergence of boils on the body contributes to the consumption of a large number of sweets or alcohol. If hygiene is not observed, boils can spread to other parts of the body. Therefore, before touching the abscess and after treatment it is necessary to wash hands well.

With weakened immunity, the boil may pose a great danger, since in this case it is possible to inflame several hair follicles simultaneously, which will lead to the development of carbuncle, an acute inflammation of the skin and subcutaneous tissue.

Chewing on the mammary gland

If there are any inflammations, seals, abscesses on the mammary gland, immediately you need to seek the advice of a specialist to determine the cause of such rashes. Chewing on the mammary gland can be the result of hypothermia, colds or some irregularities in the body.

trusted-source[34], [35]

Cirie on the side

Inflammation of the hair follicle can occur, as already mentioned, on any part of the body. The factors that trigger the disease are primarily associated with weakened immunity, when the body is not able to resist the infection. Most often, the causative agent of purulent processes is Staphylococcus aureus. 20% of the population are carriers of these bacteria that are present on the skin and do not manifest themselves until a certain point. Failures in the work of the immune system are a good impetus for the active reproduction of staphylococcus, and if the skin is damaged, the bacteria easily penetrate it and provoke inflammation.

Chirai, appearing on the side, in the beginning looks like a small pimple, which hurts when probing. Treatment in this case differs little from the accepted methods of treatment. First of all, it is necessary to accelerate the maturation of the purulent stem and contribute to the release of purulent contents with the help of antiseptic, anti-inflammatory compresses.

Chewing on the nipple

The nipple is absolutely not a typical place for the formation of boils, so you need to consult your doctor as soon as possible. If possible, it is better to contact a mammologist immediately, but if there is no such possibility, then you need to consult a surgeon.

trusted-source[36]

Chewing on the belly

As already mentioned, the boil occurs on those areas of the skin where there is hair.

In the conditions of modern fashion, some men resort to depilation of the chest and abdomen, which can provoke an inflammation of the hair pouches in this area.

As in other cases, a small painful compaction appears in the beginning, which grows to several centimeters in a few days, with pain and redness intensified, and a white (or yellow) purulent stem appears in the center of the inflammation.

In cases where the process of ripening of chiray occurs with certain difficulties (severe pain, swelling, high fever, etc.), you should immediately consult a doctor.

trusted-source[37]

Chicken on the pope

Chicken often appears on those skin areas that are often warm, sweating or rubbing against clothing. This is why abscesses on the pope are very common. Most often, the boil is worried about the elderly and adolescents, as well as people prone to obesity or suffering from diabetes.

Ripening of the boil is almost always accompanied by pain, especially in the buttock area, since it is extremely difficult for a person to sit in this case. With proper treatment, the process of ripening can be greatly accelerated, besides it will help prevent complications.

trusted-source[38]

Cheek on the elbow

Chicken on the elbow appears on the first stage in the form of a small, rather painful pimple. With time, inside while probing you can feel a solid ball, increasing with each passing day. In diameter, the abscess can reach up to 4 cm, while it is very painful and causes a lot of inconvenience to the patient, especially on the elbow - in the place of the arm bend.

Chicken on finger

Often after cuts, scratches or small wounds on the fingers there is a purulent inflammation. A sign of boils on the finger is a swelling, redness of the finger, a twitching pain.

Chewing under the armpit

Underarm underarms may appear for several reasons. First of all, this is a violation of personal hygiene, hypothermia, minor damage after shaving. It is interesting that the boil may also appear in case of excessive hygiene, for example, too frequent use of deodorants leads to clogging of pores and as a result, the hair pouches become inflamed.

trusted-source[39], [40]

Cheery in an intimate place

Chicken can appear in a person of any age and anywhere. However, it is not always possible for people to seek the help of a specialist, since a boil can jump to an intimate place and many simply feel embarrassed to seek medical help with such a delicate problem. Quite often, the abscess in intimate places develops after shaving, epilation.

Cheeks in the groin

Chewing in the groin gives the person a lot of inconvenience. In addition to severe pain, a person may experience discomfort during movement. Despite the delicacy of the problem, it is necessary to show the boil to a specialist who, after examination, will determine whether the maturation process is proceeding normally or whether it is necessary to resort to prompt intervention.

trusted-source[41], [42]

Chicken on the penis

Chicken on the penis occurs for the same reasons as in other places, but the appearance of an abscess on the male genitalia is a rather complicated situation that requires consultation of a dermatologist. If the boil is treated incorrectly, then it threatens with the appearance of new abscesses (in the same or other parts of the body). At the first stage of development of the abscess, before applying to a specialist it is recommended to put compresses with ichthyol ointment, Vishnevsky ointment, Levomekol ointment, in parallel it is possible to apply a couple of hours (preferably at night) a scarlet fleshy part to the affected area. At the reception specialist may consider it necessary to appoint a course of antibiotics to relieve inflammation and soreness. The eruption on the penis requires immediate treatment, since this organ contains a large number of vessels, and the skin is rather thin, which makes it difficult to open at the advanced stages of the inflammatory process.

trusted-source[43]

Chicken on the labia

Chicken on the labia should not be treated independently, because the problematic location of the abscess will not allow us to properly assess the correctness of development, and this, in turn, can lead to furunculosis (multiple appearance of body scales, which are difficult to get rid of).

In addition to the usual causes of furuncles, women may experience the appearance of ulcers on the labia under the influence of physiological cycles, when some functions are being restructured in the female body.

Chicken on the clitoris

Chicken on the clitoris can appear as a result of insufficient hygiene of intimate places, because of too close underwear, minor injuries, hypothermia, etc. The abscess in such a delicate place causes women a lot of inconveniences, since severe pain and swelling interfere with normal movement. The furuncle on the clitoris must necessarily be treated under the supervision of a specialist, otherwise serious complications are possible.

Cheek in the perineum

The mucous perineum can be involved in the inflammatory process, which can be expressed by a purulent skin lesion. Pimples in the perineum can manifest in different forms: from a small pimple to a severe inflammation, with puffiness, ulceration and bleeding. Usually in the perineum, this kind of inflammation occurs as a result of secondary infection of the hair pouches and tissue damage.

Chicken on the testicle

On the testicles a fairly extensive vascular network, therefore, for any complication, the boil may lead to venous wall inflammation or varicose veins. Do not engage in self-medication, if you have any rashes on the testicles, it is better to immediately seek the advice of a dermatologist, which will help determine an effective and safe method of treatment.

Chicken on the scrotum

The scrotum is the most vulnerable, unlike other areas of the skin. When a boil on the scrotum appears, swelling can affect the entire area, and eventually the testes will become involved in the inflammation process. Ulcers on the scrotum must necessarily be treated under the supervision of a specialist.

Chewing on the anus

Chicken on the anus can appear as a result of acute purulent inflammation. There is a disease with severe pain, it gives a huge discomfort. Usually, the treatment uses antibacterial agents that prevent the spread of boils all over the body.

trusted-source[51], [52]

Chicken on the leg

Chicken on the leg looks at the beginning of its development as a pimple, only slightly larger in size. To lead to the appearance of abscesses on the skin can damage on the skin in which the infection has fallen, weak immunity, concomitant diseases, a lack of vitamins in the body. When a furuncle is formed on the leg, you should not try to squeeze or pick it up. Such rashes on the skin should ripen and rip out on their own, the treatment in this case is aimed at accelerating the maturation of the purulent stem. Operative treatment is appointed at occurrence of complications (there is no purulent stem, pus for a long time does not break, too much swelling and inflammation, etc.).

trusted-source[53]

Chicken on hip

Chicken appears as a pimple, in the center of which you can see a rod - an inflamed follicle. Inflammation quickly enough increases, thus the pain amplifies. Over time, the hair follicle is filled with pus - a product of the life of bacteria. In the normal course of the disease, pus self-breaks out, then care is needed for the wound - application of antiseptic, anti-inflammatory drugs, if necessary, sterile dressings.

Cirie on the knee

As already mentioned, acute purulent inflammation on the skin can appear in any place where the hair grows. Quite often a boil can jump on his knee, provoke his appearance with the same factors as in any other place. Treatment in this case consists in hygiene compliance, applying compresses with Vishnevsky ointment, ichthyol ointment, and the like. In the early stages, the affected area can be lubricated with alcohol, iodine. After the penetration of the purulent contents of the cavity formed, it is necessary to thoroughly wash the hydrogen peroxide, then apply an antiseptic ointment. If the furuncle is very large (more than 5 cm) on the knee, there is no purulent stem on the surface, ripening proceeds with severe pain - this is an occasion to seek urgent advice from a dermatologist.

Cheek on the inside of the thigh

The appearance of a boil on the inside of the thigh is not uncommon. Infection can affect any hair follicle. In this case, treatment should be performed after examination by a dermatologist, as there is a possibility that the abscess can ripen with some complications. The doctor will also send some tests to help determine the cause of the boil and avoid the re-occurrence of purulent inflammation.

Chiray is a purulent inflammation of the sac, from which the hair grows. On the heel, the hairs do not grow, so there can not be an abscess on the heel. Most likely, when there is a purulent inflammation in the area of the heel, it is a completely different disease.

Cheese on the foot

The only places on which the boil can not appear are the feet and palms. This is due to the fact that in these places there are no hair follicles, which become inflamed with the development of chiri.

Chicken at an early stage

Chicken at an early stage is similar to a small pimple, in the center of which there is a whitish point - a purulent stem. If you begin treatment of chirya at an early stage (dry heat, applying compresses with anti-inflammatory drugs), then the maturation process of the purulent stem can be significantly accelerated. In addition, in some cases, earlier treatment helped to completely prevent further development of chiria.

Chicken in Pregnancy

Chicken can appear as a result of reduced immunity, which is often observed in pregnant women. In addition, hormonal changes in women during this period can provoke purulent abscesses on the skin. During pregnancy, you can not try to treat yourself or squeeze out chiri. The female organism during pregnancy is sufficiently vulnerable and approaches to the treatment of any diseases during this period should be determined by the doctor.

Chicken in a child

Chicken in children is quite common. This happens first of all with insufficient hygiene. Children, especially small ones, tend to touch everything, besides, they quite often fall and are injured, which leads to infection. If the abscess develops on the child's body, then the appetite disappears, weakness, fatigue, headaches, and temperature appear. Well, if the parents notice the boil at an early stage of development, in this case, the correct treatment will help to avoid the operation to remove the boil.

Chicken on the face of the child

Chicken on the face appears quite often. Children often touch their faces with dirty hands, if there is even the slightest damage on the face, this can cause the development of the inflammatory process. Furuncles are also a consequence of weak immunity, so if a child often has chiri, you need to pay attention to his nutrition, reduce the amount of sugar consumed, increase the diet of fruits and vegetables.

Treatment of chiri on the face should be controlled by the pediatrician. Blood from the person flows directly into the brain and complications with furuncles can lead to the development of more serious diseases.

Babe's boil

Treatment for boiling in the baby is carried out on the same principle as in the adult. Usually, with an uncomplicated process, local treatment of the abscess with antiseptics is prescribed, after which the boil is opened by itself. After this, it is necessary to apply another couple of days anti-inflammatory drugs. When complications arise, infants are given injections with antibacterial drugs or surgical opening.

Stages

The ripening cycle usually lasts 8 to 12 days.

At the first stage of ripening there is a slight swelling on the skin around the hair, redness, itching, soreness may appear.

In the second stage, the boil increases in size, the skin becomes red, inflamed, a throbbing pain is felt in the place of the abscess. On the 3rd - 4th day, the peak of furuncle development occurs - in the center of the abscess (which in diameter reaches from 1 to 3 cm) there is a purulent stem (whitish point in the center of reddening, covered with a thin white film). During this period, depending on the location of the boils, the nearby lymph nodes may become inflamed.

The third stage of development of furuncles is expressed in the autopsy of the abscess - the film covering the core is rejected and a puncture of the pus and departure of the purulent stem occurs. After this, pain and redness begin to subside, and recovery begins.

Diagnostics of the illusory

Diagnosis of the boil is conducted by a dermatologist, who determines the disease after the examination and examination of the affected area. To identify the causes of ulcers or pathogens of the inflammatory process, the doctor prescribes various types of studies (urine, blood, detection of possible violations in the internal organs, etc.). If necessary, the patient may be referred for advice to another specialist. If complications arise during the maturation of the purulent stem, the patient is sent for biological blood culture, in order to prevent or timely diagnosis of a blood infection.

The basis of the active substance of the ointment is larch turpentine and turpentine purified oil, as well as essential oils of eucalyptus, thyme, rosemary and thymol. Without regard to the group of antibiotics, ointment has pronounced anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and blood-enhancing properties. Inflicted on the skin under a sterile bandage or plaster, the ointment disinfects the affected area and enhances the flow of blood to the focus of inflammation, which facilitates the acceleration of resorption or ripening and opening chirya.

Included in the composition of the ointment active substances completely remove pus from the affected area of the skin and prevent the further spread of inflammation. Due to the vegetable origin of the ingredients, the ointment is well tolerated and has virtually no contraindications. Therefore, the ointment can be used not only for treatment, but also as a preventive agent for preventing inflammation of the skin. Ointment Ilon K you can buy in pharmacies.

If there is no possibility to seek medical help immediately, then anti-inflammatory drugs ( Vishnevsky ointment, ichthyol or levomecol ) can be applied to the affected area , and the inflamed area can also be lubricated with iodine.

Independently, you can use a fairly simple method - a cooked egg wrapped with a towel and applied to the affected area, you can also use warmed salt and sand. This method helps to accelerate the maturation process. It is worth noting that the heating after the surface of the chirie appears purulent vesicle (head of the rod) can not be categorically conducted. In this case, the risk of premature rupture of the abscess and the spread of infection through the body increases. At the stage of the appearance of a purulent stem, it is recommended to use agents that have a stretching effect - Vishnevsky ointment, levomecol. In the event that a furuncle appeared, the body needs to help cope with the disease, rather than provoke even greater complications. To accelerate the process of ripening of the boil, and thus speed up the healing process, it is possible to treat the affected area with special agents (ointments, creams, antiseptic essential oils, etc.).

How to remove the boil?

Chiray can also be surgically removed. Chiri, located in the nasolabial triangle, doctors recommend to open immediately, because because of closely located vessels, the probability of infection of deeper layers of skin and blood increases.

With the surgical removal of the boil, the surgeon cuts the skin over the affected area of the skin and cleans the cavity of accumulated pus and the stem. After that, the wound is treated with antiseptics, an anti-inflammatory ointment (usually levomecol) is placed in the cavity, which helps to finally clean the wound and reduce the inflammation in the tissues. Such an operation is performed under local anesthetics, soreness and unpleasant sensations caused by chiroma, quickly disappear after the operation.

Forecast

The prognosis of boil, in the case if it is a single uncomplicated abscess, in most cases favorable. Also much depends on the location of the boil. If the process of development of the boar is accompanied by some complication, then a favorable prognosis depends to a large extent on timely and effective treatment.

Chirai is a rather dangerous inflammatory process that can lead to serious consequences. Usually, with proper and timely treatment, the abscesses are successfully cured and no longer bother the person. Often, chiri are only a consequence of the existing chronic disease, so cure chiri without treatment of the underlying disease will be impossible.
