An urgent operation (removal of the node by a transvaginal route with subsequent scraping of the endometrium) is indicated. Clipping of the knot is performed under the control of the eye (hysteroscope) or palpation. With continued hemorrhage, a Z-shaped seam overlapping the leg attachment area is shown.
