An hour after you spray the drug on the body, its substances are detected in the blood (especially esdepallerin). After 24 hours, the amount of substances in the blood plasma becomes minimal. Names of aerosols for scabies

Permethrin. Available as a spray. Often used to treat scabies and pediculosis. Spregal

The preparation contains a special substance - esdepallerin and piperonyl butoxide. Thanks to this, scabies goes away very quickly. The aerosol is suitable for both adults and children. The preparation can even be used for babies, but cover their mouths with a napkin beforehand. It is better to use it in the evening so that the aerosol works at night. After this, put on clean clothes and do not wash for at least 12 hours, then wash with soap and wipe the skin well. To prevent other family members from getting infected, they must be treated as well. Side effects include: slight burning on the skin.

If you need to treat your baby's face, you can soak a cotton swab in the spray and wipe the skin with it. If you have to change diapers often, you should spray the product on the skin again.
