Spring recipes are a specific update not only in the dietary sense, changes occur in the entire body, and even the wardrobe needs to be reviewed. Thus, the spring recipes that we offer concern both diet and cosmetology, general health promotion.

Problem number one is the spring vitamin deficiency. Therefore, spring recipes concerning nutrition should include a maximum of vitaminized products. These can be salads from young carrots, it is not a big deal that they are not grown in natural conditions. Modern agricultural technologies allow growing vegetables in greenhouse conditions so that the early harvest is in no way inferior in quality to the autumn harvest. Greens, first radishes, lettuce leaves - all this can be included in the menu as often as possible. But it is better to refuse to eat tomatoes and cucumbers, since these vegetables are often grown with the help of chemical fertilizers.

Problem number two is the body's slagging. Spring recipes that neutralize winter reserves, absolutely useless in spring, include drinking plenty of compotes, juices and purified water. It is better to make compotes from dried fruits, so you will vitaminize the body, quench your thirst and remove excess toxins. Juices should be freshly squeezed, all varieties of apples, oranges and grapefruit will do.

Problem number three is apathy and lethargy, which are so typical of the spring period. The main spring recipes that eliminate fatigue and tiredness, oddly enough, concern physical activity. It would seem a paradox - the body is already tired, why overexert it? However, it is feasible physical activity that will help to quickly remove fat deposits, slags and toxins accumulated over the winter, restoring strength and adding the necessary "portion" of energy.

Spring recipes that are quite universal, do not require a lot of time and are suitable for literally everyone, from young to old:

  • A must-have breakfast that includes essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber. One option that can be modified daily with additives is cottage cheese. Cottage cheese with honey is an excellent combination of calcium, potassium, and B vitamins. Cottage cheese with grated apple will give you energy, add vitamins, and provide your body with fiber. Cottage cheese with raisins, banana, greens, nuts—there are many options. Instead of cottage cheese, you can use oatmeal, which should also be “colored” with all sorts of additives.
  • Spring recipes for giving a boost of energy and activity include cleansing the body - both the intestines and the blood. The blood is cleansed by regularly drinking nettle tea. It is prepared simply: 1-2 teaspoons of dry nettle (it is better to buy it at the pharmacy) are poured with a glass of boiling water, infused for 15 minutes and filtered. You can drink the decoction throughout the day, in small sips, a fresh drink is prepared every day. The course of cleansing with nettle decoction is 14 days, it is better to start cleansing in late March - early April.
  • Spring recipes should also take into account the possibility of allergic reactions. Spring is the time for hay fever, even those who have not previously had an allergic reaction to flowering plants need to protect themselves from the possible risk. All allergists advise strengthening the immune system two weeks before flowering and the appearance of pollen. As a rule, this is the period from mid-April to early May. One of the most effective methods of preparing the body for a possible allergic attack is chamomile tea with the addition of yarrow. Spring recipes designed to combat allergies include a course of drinking the herbal drink for 21 days. The decoction is prepared as follows: 1 teaspoon of yarrow and a teaspoon of chamomile flowers are poured with 500 ml of boiling water, the decoction is infused for 30 minutes, filtered and divided into two parts. One glass should be drunk early in the morning, before breakfast, the second - two hours before bedtime.

Spring recipes for appearance include face masks made from cottage cheese and honey, compresses made from medicinal herbs, and rubbing the skin with ice cubes.

The mask is prepared as follows: 50 grams of low-fat cottage cheese is mixed with a teaspoon of honey, half a teaspoon of olive or any other vegetable oil is added. The mask is applied to cleansed skin, avoiding the upper and lower eyelids. This remedy, used twice a week for a month, will restore a radiant complexion. In order to look like a "May rose" by the May holidays, you can start applying the mask in early April or a little earlier. Compresses will cleanse the pores of the face, restore skin turgor, I make them like this: a teaspoon of chamomile and a teaspoon of calendula are brewed with a glass of boiling water, infused for an hour. The decoction must be filtered and slightly warmed, gauze cloth soaked in it and applied to the face, the compress is held for 15-20 minutes until the cloth cools. This "warming" of the skin of the face will improve blood circulation, restore a healthy blush, it can be done twice a week for a month. In the morning, ice cubes from a decoction of linden or yarrow will help to wake up and relieve swelling. The decoction is prepared according to the above method, poured into small forms and frozen.

Vitamin teas will help solve the problem of seasonal avitaminosis. Spring recipes for using teas:

  • Ingredients - 250 grams of apple peel, 200 grams of dried apricots, 100 grams of raisins, 100 ml of lemon juice (add at the end). Everything except the lemon juice is poured with a liter of purified water, brought to a boil and simmered over very low heat for 15 minutes. At the end, add lemon juice and 2-3 teaspoons of honey. Please note that spring recipes do not involve the use of sugar and limit salt as much as possible. You can drink vitamin tea without restrictions, it will remove toxins and add vitamins to the body.
  • Ingredients: three oranges, a tablespoon of honey, the juice of half a lemon, raisins -100 grams. Prepare the juice from the oranges and lemon in a juicer. Separately, steam the washed raisins with boiling water, discard them in a sieve and add honey. Transfer the raisins with honey to a large cup and pour in the citrus juice, stir gently, preferably with a wooden spoon. A metal spoon and rapid stirring can accelerate the breakdown of valuable vitamin C contained in oranges and lemons. You can drink this drink in small sips for two hours. You should take this vitamin "bomb" daily until the summer season, when natural vegetables, fruits and berries - sources of natural vitamins and microelements - appear on sale.

Spring recipes are quite simple and universal, the main thing is that the body adequately accepts the seasonal renewal and is ready for the magnificent, bright summer season.
