The finished potatoes are ground using a conventional blender. In the end, the soup-mash is spread on the dish, and on the side put the meat fry, decorating it with herbs. Pea soup puree is ready!
Puree from green peas is a very tasty dish, the recipe of which is quite simple, and cooking does not take much time. First you need to select a small pot, pour water into it, bring it to a boil, and then lightly add salt and throw in it green peas along with garlic cloves. Bring this mixture to a boil and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes. After this time, the water must be drained, and from the boiled peas with garlic make a mash. For this purpose, you can use a mixer, a blender, or a usual crush. In the finished mashed potatoes, add butter or cream to taste, mix them thoroughly. This garnish should be served on the table along with meat and fish dishes.
Pea cutlets are very tasty and satisfying. To cook them, you need to boil the peas to the full preparedness, and on the remaining pea broth separately prepare manna porridge, observing the correct proportion: 100 grams of cereal per 250 ml of broth. Peas must be mashed, carefully mixed with hot semolina porridge, and then in the resulting mixture add salt, ground pepper, flour, as well as onion, fried in vegetable oil. The finished mass should turn out thick. After this, it is necessary to form cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil. In the end, cutlets must be baked in the oven. In the finished pea puree it is necessary to add the fried onions with cracklings, and then from the dough and stuffing to make pies. Initially, it is recommended to insist them for 10-15 minutes, and then fry on hot sunflower oil until ready.
