Cranberry for children: can or not?

Cranberry for children is a colossal source of nutrients that strengthens children's immunity and improves metabolic processes in the body. If parents want their child healthy, they need to introduce cranberries into the autumn-winter diet of the child (preferably in fresh form or in the form of unvaried fresh fruit berries).
Some sources recommend using cranberries in a child's diet, starting from six months - in the form of fruit drinks and compotes. Other experts believe that any dishes and drinks from cranberries should not be given to babies before the age of three.
How to act, parents should decide on their own, trying to introduce the berries in the form of a drink and in small doses. If there is no allergy, then the baby can be safely given up to a glass of cranberry compote or fruit juice a day. Just prepare these drinks with honey (add to warm or cooled liquid) and clean water.
In cranberry puree it is also better to add honey, because sugar causes a decrease in immunity, and also worsens the absorption of calcium in the body. This is not at all permissible things, as a child needs calcium in large quantities and for everything: teeth, bones, hair, nails and so on.
