A few miles from the Capitol, the first company in America that will sell everything you need to grow marijuana has opened. The opening of weGrow Washington DC coincided with the first steps taken by city officials to implement the law on legalizing marijuana for medical purposes. It is over the issue of marijuana that battles have unfolded between sixteen states that have adopted relevant laws and federal law enforcement agencies.
