Sex helps you focus, psychologists claim

How often do absent-mindedness and daydreaming distract you from important daily tasks? In order to cheer up and focus on the tasks at hand, psychologists suggest having sex!

Wandering thoughts are considered to be quite common. People fly in the clouds and dream about 50% of the time, especially when brushing teeth, taking care of their appearance and performing other mechanical actions. There is only one more or less successful method to pull yourself together and concentrate - to make love. As scientists from the Harvard Institute calculated, the number of dreams after making love decreases by 30%.

In addition, psychologists have found that dreams of pleasant things are associated with an improvement in mood, but this improvement is barely noticeable. Thoughts about neutral topics can lead to a slight decrease in the feeling of happiness, and dark thoughts significantly spoil the mood.

If you don't have the opportunity to have sex right now to overcome excessive thoughtfulness, you can use other advice from psychologists. For example, take up meditation or something important and exciting. However, you don't have to try too hard, as daydreaming can become a prerequisite for new discoveries
