Probably, unlike women, men prefer to rely on miracles regarding their health. That is why their complete carelessness, while they are young and full of strength, leads to sad consequences in the form of the development of various diseases.

We provide a list of the most common diseases that men most often encounter.

Men suffer from fungal infections twice as often as women, British scientists have recently come to this conclusion. Often, such consequences are caused by failure to observe basic hygiene, when after playing sports or after a day at work a man comes home and does not bother to take off the dirty socks he has been wearing all day. The same applies to underwear. Therefore, to avoid skin diseases that will take a long time to treat, keep your feet clean and dry and change your underwear and socks as often as possible.

  • Inguinal hernia

The most common type of hernia, in which the abdominal organs protrude beyond its limits through weak spots in the muscular wall in the inguinal canal. This disease occurs in 2% of women and 25% of men. Usually, this is a hereditary disease, but it can also be provoked by external factors: heavy loads, constipation, excess weight, colds with a strong cough. Do not neglect the disease under any circumstances and prevent it. Eat right so as not to gain excess weight and create problems for your stomach and do not ignore a cold with a strong cough that makes you strain, and also try not to lift heavy objects.

  • Intervertebral disc herniation

Back pain affects about 61% of men. Most often, intervertebral disc herniation occurs in the lumbosacral spine. The cause of this disease can be both excessive loads and immobility. The ideal target for intervertebral disc herniation is professional athletes and strength training enthusiasts. Therefore, try to maintain balance and not overload yourself during training, but you should not be inactive either.

This disease has surpassed even prostate adenoma in its prevalence. There are many causes of this disease, but lifestyle plays an important role. Firstly, nutrition: eliminating or at least reducing the consumption of foods high in protein and calcium and drinking more fluids.

Men don't really like to admit that something hurts them, but in vain, because if you manage to detect a developing disease in time, its treatment will be much more effective. Statistics say that about seven thousand men died from this form of cancer last year. Doctors say that one of the reasons for this type of cancer is the ineradicable male habit of walking around bare-chested in the scorching sun. Usually, a tumor of this type can be found on the arms, torso, neck and shoulders.
