Infinite noise from automobile routes, aircraft, music and other sounds of the city increase the likelihood of heart and vascular disease, and also provoke obesity. To such conclusions came specialists from the University of Karolin.

After their observations, scientists have determined that the weight of the inhabitants depends on the noise of the route that makes it to the house, and the higher the noise from the road, the greater the weight. An increase in the noise level by 10 decibels results in an increase in waist circumference by about 1 cm. The noise of the noise also affects the health of children, in particular, those who are in the womb. Noise has the ability to influence hormones, including stress, which increases the risk of obesity.

Such deposits of fat specialists are called visceral, their danger lies in the fact that they are capable of provoking heart attacks.

Another research group from the University of Utrecht analyzed about seventy thousand newborns and concluded that the weight of the child was reduced with increasing noise from the road. In the future, this can threaten hypertension, diabetes and heart disease. A small birth weight also has a negative impact on the child's performance.

In another study, the danger of living near the airways, especially for a long time, more than twenty years, was proved. In this case, people are susceptible to stroke and heart disease. Every 10 decibels of nocturnal noise increase the likelihood of diseases by 25%. At the same time, scientists note the danger of only nocturnal noise, daytime noise on health problems is not affected.

According to scientists, in this case it is a violation of sleep or stress, which causes a poor-quality night rest.

To such conclusions came experts from the Royal London College, who examined about five thousand people from different European countries, living near airports from five years and longer.

Compared with the average, the scientists did not notice any significant deviations, but people who suffered from aircraft noise at night for about twenty years had an increased risk of developing cardiovascular diseases.

Also, scientists note that there is a danger of increasing pressure even in cases when a person has a sound sleep.

The influence of noise on the human body has been studied by scientists for a long time. A few months ago, in one of the universities in Sydney, experts found that offices like open-space negatively affect the psyche of employees. Previously, it was believed that open offices improve interaction between employees, increase job satisfaction, but increased noise (conversations, phone calls, etc.) create a negative psychological atmosphere in the team.

Many employees of the open-space are hampered by the lack of personal space and an endless noisy flow.

Such conclusions were made by scientists after they analyzed the data of more than forty thousand office employees from Australia, Finland, Canada, the United States.
