Anyone can join this procedure, because you can enjoy divine aromas at home.
Essential oils are the main means used in aromatherapy. More than 100 types of oils are used in medical practice. Volatile mixtures of odorous agents enter the human body through the skin and respiratory organs.
The simplest and most popular way to use essential oils is to add them to a bath or massage.
Essential oils have a beneficial effect on the human body and have the following properties:
- All of them destroy bacteria and are antiseptics, affect the nervous system, relieve inflammation, have a positive effect on the emotional and mental sphere, stimulate the body's immune system, and are also very beneficial for the skin and are an excellent cosmetic product.
- Some types of oils are erotic stimulants, affect the circulatory system, respiration and enhance epithelization processes, as well as get rid of toxins in the body.
When using essential oils, it is necessary to know their properties:
Orange oil
Improves mood, relieves stress, improves skin elasticity and combats dryness.
Jasmine oil
Effective for eczema, dermatitis and rashes. Tones the skin, helps with inflammation of the genitals.
Basil oil
A strong antioxidant, has a rejuvenating effect, helps with swelling and removes itching, relieves headaches and is useful for insomnia.
Geranium oil
Used as a remedy for fungus and lice, affects mental and physical activity. Effective for headaches and migraines.
Peppermint oil
It has a calming and antispasmodic effect, relieves muscle pain and improves blood circulation.
Lavender oil
Helps to get rid of dandruff and has a beneficial effect on the hair structure, eliminating brittleness. Normalizes liver function and improves heart rhythm.
Eucalyptus oil
Relieves fatigue, helps cure pustular skin lesions, has an analgesic effect.
To enrich the air with incense, an aroma lamp is most often used.
The main thing is not to overdo it with the aromatic dose. Use two drops of oil per five square meters of the room. The lamp can be used four times a day, but it should not work for more than two hours.
