They do not contain any chemical dyes or fragrances, or genetically modified products. These are certified drugs with the necessary documents. These sprays are prescribed if snoring is caused by infectious or allergic rhinitis or if there are chronic diseases of the nasopharynx.

"Silence" normalizes the respiratory cycle, relieves allergic or infectious swelling of the pharynx and bronchi caused by their inflammation, has a noticeable softening effect, which prevents dryness and irritation in the throat.

Side effects of the drug in the form of noticeable dryness of the oral mucosa may appear at the initial stages of treatment. But they do not require discontinuing the drug, but only indicate that the drug is beginning to act actively. Usually, after 2-3 days, everything returns to normal.

"Silence" is a drug with a fairly broad spectrum of action. It is the only one with indications for use for the treatment of apnea.

The product contains soy extract, so it is better to refuse it if you have a history of intolerance to soy or peanuts. Also, contraindications for use include bronchial asthma and hypersensitivity to various components of the anti-snoring spray.

The drug "Avamis" has some unpleasant side effects. So, among the most common ones, one can note nosebleeds (especially with prolonged use), the appearance of ulcers on the nasal mucosa. Less common - swelling of the mucosa, allergic reactions.

This remedy should be used with caution by people with severe liver damage.

The shelf life of anti-snoring sprays is 3 years from the date of manufacture. Storage conditions are normal, as for most drugs: temperature up to 25 ^o C, do not freeze. Store in places where children have limited access.

Once again about anti-snoring sprays

In principle, this is all that can be said about anti-snoring sprays. But when using these products of the pharmaceutical industry, it is worth considering that these drugs (with rare exceptions) do not cure apnea, and are also unable to cope with fatty deposits in the area of the soft palate tissue, the presence of which is associated with obesity. In the latter case, it is necessary to treat not snoring, but its cause, but by other methods, which you can learn about only after consulting a therapist and endocrinologist, and, if necessary, a nutritionist.

Also, sprays for ronchopathy cannot correct a deviated septum in the nose and other congenital pathologies that cause night snoring. This is done by the appropriate specialists.

Anti-snoring spray is not a panacea for all diseases that cause such an unpleasant symptom. At the same time, most of the products are quite expensive and do not have a long-lasting effect. In order to get rid of snoring forever, or rather the cause that causes it, in some cases it is necessary to consult more than one doctor, and sometimes even surgical treatment.
