Simple purple - increased formation of hematomas, resulting from the fragility of the vessels.

Simple purple is extremely common. The cause and mechanism of this pathology are unknown. It can manifest itself in various diseases.

The disease usually affects women. Hematomas develop without previous injuries on the hips, buttocks and upper limbs. In the anamnesis, there is usually no mention of manifestations of other bleeding, but the other british family members may easily have a bruising appearance. Serious bleeding does not occur. The number of platelets, the study of platelet function, blood clotting and fibrinolysis within normal limits.

No drugs prevent the appearance of hemorrhages. Patients are often advised to avoid taking aspirin and aspirin-containing medications, but there is no evidence that the formation of subcutaneous hemorrhage is associated with the use of these drugs or is enhanced when they are taken. The patient must be convinced that his condition does not pose a threat to his health.
