Pharmacodynamics

Dimethicone, which is the most common medicinal silicone, is used in gastroenterological processes (reduces foaming and bloating), and also has an absorbent and enveloping effect. The antacid activity of dimethicone allows it to protect the gastric mucosa.

Guaiazulene demonstrates regenerative, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It slows down the processes of histamine release through mastocyte-like cells of the gastric mucosa, reducing the rate of acid secretion. As a result, an antacid effect develops.

The medicine should be taken orally. One packet of the drug corresponds to 1 dosage. It is used before meals or in case of pain in the esophagus or stomach.

For 1 use, you should use 1-2 packets of the medicine. It can be used 2-3 times a day. It is necessary to completely use the entire contents of the dosed packet.

The duration of therapy is selected by the attending physician individually, taking into account the effectiveness of the medication and the intensity of developing symptoms.
