Each of the named herbs separately and all of them as a whole are capable of providing antimicrobial, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Treatment of obstructive bronchitis with butter
This method of treating obstructive bronchitis is good for compresses, the medicinal mixture should be prepared for one compress. You should take equal parts of butter and honey (about a tablespoon each), pour into an enamel bowl and heat well so that the mass acquires a uniform consistency. The slightly cooled mass should be spread on the back and chest, wrapped in cotton cloth, then a layer of polyethylene and put on a wool sweater or jacket on top. Compresses should be done daily at night, for a month, although relief comes after a week of regular procedures. However, you should not stop treatment, since an incomplete course of procedures can affect the further development of chronic obstructive bronchitis, the treatment of which is much more difficult and slower.
One of the oldest folk remedies is rendered pork fat. Obstructive bronchitis, which is treated this way, recedes quite quickly.
Treatment of obstructive bronchitis with rendered pork fat
In a small enamel bowl, crumble some pork fat. If you take visceral fat, the effect comes faster. The fat should be melted over low heat and taken warm (but not hot, so as not to burn the esophagus) internally 1-2 tablespoons 5-6 times a day at equal intervals. To kill the unpleasant taste in the mouth after eating melted pork fat, you can eat it with a teaspoon of honey.
Another way to get rid of obstructive bronchitis with folk treatment using pork fat is a prepared mixture of melted lard, butter and honey. All ingredients are taken in equal quantities, heated in an enamel bowl over a fire until a homogeneous consistency and taken on an empty stomach on a tablespoon, washing down with plenty of warm milk.
Special nutrition for bronchitis
Promotes a speedy recovery. Acute bronchitis will quickly move into the stabilization stage if you provide the body with profuse sweating. Some herbal decoctions with a targeted diaphoretic effect are excellent for this purpose.
You can take sage, linden flowers, mint, dried or frozen raspberries (not jam). To enhance the healing effect, you should add a little honey to the decoctions. Honey can be dissolved in the finished decoction, or you can take it as a snack, washing down the honey with the decoction. In this case, the amount of honey per dose should not exceed ½ teaspoon.
Priority is given to drinking plenty of fluids
In case of acute bronchitis, you should introduce plenty of fluids into your diet, replacing your main usual dishes with them. Freshly squeezed orange juice is best as a medicinal drink. Before drinking, the juice should be slightly diluted with water so that it is less concentrated.
Every person, since childhood, knows that the best drink during illness is warm milk with honey, linden or raspberry tea, and better yet, linden tea with raspberry jam. If you don’t have any of the above at hand that could be used as a medicinal drink, you can use plain warm water with lemon juice added.
The total amount of fluid drunk during the illness should be at least 1.5 liters per day. If the body is sufficiently supplied with fluid, the discharge of sputum improves. The more fluid, the more urine is excreted, and with it all the toxins formed as a result of the inflammatory process.
Proteins and vitamins
Nutrition, unlike drinking, should be fractional, in small portions, but often, up to 5 meals per day. Preference should be given to protein foods. This is explained by the fact that by secreting phlegm with a cough, the body loses protein, which must be replaced with incoming food. No restrictions for fats and carbohydrates are required during illness.
The body is in dire need of vitamins, not only in the acute phase of the disease, but also during the recovery period. The most important vitamin for any disease is vitamin C. Simply taking fruits and vegetables rich in this vitamin may not be enough, so it is better to immediately switch to taking vitamin C in pills.
External treatments for obstructive bronchitis
Obstructive bronchitis can be treated not only with herbs. For example, rubbing your chest or back with any natural fat can almost completely stop a coughing attack after the first application. Just rub your chest and back before going to bed, wrap yourself up and cover yourself warmly. Take a shower in the morning - although, as a rule, the fat is completely absorbed by morning.
Preparation of a medicine according to traditional medicine recipes is a very responsible matter. Strictly maintained proportions of all components, adherence to the treatment regimen, the required number of doses strictly according to time - these are the main conditions for achieving the desired therapeutic effect and a positive outcome of the disease.

Eliminate does not mean cure
Whatever folk remedy you choose, you should always remember that the disease can only be cured with a comprehensive approach to the problem completely. Fighting each individual symptom does not solve the main task - to achieve complete recovery. Therefore, when choosing a suitable recipe from folk medicine, do not forget about modern drugs.
When obstructive bronchitis develops, treatment with folk remedies should be additional, the main emphasis should be on classical methods of modern medicine. In such a complex disease, folk recipes alone are not enough.
