Maxon is a sterile single-fiber thread made from trimethylene carbonate and glycolic acid copolymer.

Indications Maxon
The indication for the use of this product is general surgery - the thread is used for suturing soft tissues or for ligation (this also includes cardiovascular operations in children and use in adults in the area of peripheral vessels).
Resistance to relatively aggressive conditions allows this agent to be used on organs located in the biliopancreatoduodenal region, as well as during repeated operations.
Release form
Available in sizes 0.5-5 m or 7-0/2 in the Yu.S.P. calculation. Ligatures are 45-150 cm long.
Side effects Maxon
The use of this product can cause side effects such as allergic reactions (in some patients) and transient local irritation at the site of the procedure, in which a transient inflammatory process is observed (as a response to the impact of a foreign object). Like other foreign objects, the Maxon thread can provoke an exacerbation of an existing infectious process.
Storage conditions
This material should be stored in a place where sunlight does not penetrate. Temperature values are no more than 20°C.
