Interactions with other drugs

The interaction should occur under the supervision of a doctor. Thus, Paracetamol can normally "work" together with anticonvulsants and anticoagulants. However, its antipyretic ability can decrease when using barbiturates.

When taking Helpex Anticold simultaneously with narcotic and sleeping pills, a significant decrease in the effect of the latter is possible. But, the effect of Paracetamol, on the contrary, improves. This occurs against the background of the use of non-narcotic analgesics and acetylsalicylic acid. It is possible to increase the efficiency of indirect anticoagulants (from the group of coumarin derivatives) and increase the risk of liver damage by hepatotoxic agents.

The rate of absorption of caffeine can be inhibited by metoclopramide. This component can lead to better absorption, but only when interacting with ergomatine.

The interaction of Phenylephrine and other sympathomimetic amines leads to a sharp increase in blood pressure. It is worth noting that alcohol and this drug are incompatible.
