Ciborate-oftan is a medicine used to treat ophthalmological disorders. It is an antimicrobial medicine. Contains zinc compounds.
The therapeutic drug has antimicrobial activity when applied locally against most gram-negative and -positive microorganisms (this also includes Pseudomonas aeruginosa).
The medicinal substance passes into the conjunctiva without complications; this is especially true for children.

Indications Cyborate ophthane
It is used in the treatment of conjunctivitis of bacterial origin.
Release form
The therapeutic substance is released in the form of eye drops, inside a 10 ml container.
Dosing and administration
The medicine is instilled using a pipette - 2 drops in each eye, 2-3 times a day. The therapeutic cycle lasts for 1-3 weeks.
- Application for children
The use of the medicine by persons under 12 years of age is prohibited.
Use Cyborate ophthane during pregnancy
The medication should not be prescribed during pregnancy.
If it is necessary to use Ciborate-oftan during breastfeeding, it is necessary to stop breastfeeding for the duration of therapy.
Contraindications
Contraindicated for use in people with severe intolerance to the components of the medication, as well as with liver or kidney dysfunction.

Storage conditions
Cyborate-oftan should be stored in a place inaccessible to children. Temperature indicators - not higher than 25°C.
Shelf life
Cyborate-oftan can be used for a 2-year period from the date of manufacture of the medicinal product.
