Permitted products for an ideal diet
3 reception of fruit
1-2 intake of products consisting of soy, or soybean itself
3 fish reception
4 reception of salad from vegetables (fresh)
3 receptions porridge, cooked on water and dried black or gray bread (only not with cereal)
2 reception of milk or dairy products with zero fat content
You can simulate these products in combinations as you please. Reception of this or that product can occur at different times of the day, and you can combine the meals as you like.
What is allowed to pamper yourself during a diet?
Every 2 days you can include the following foods in the diet.
In a day you can include in the diet of your ideal diet:
Honey - 50 g
Chocolate black with 75% cocoa beans - 50 g
Every 3 days you can include in the diet menu:
- Poultry meat (white)
- Rabbit meat
Once in 7 days you can eat the following:
- Low-fat meat of a pig or calf
- Cake (up to 200 g)
- A glass of red or white wine (dry or semisweet)
With such a sparing diet you can saturate your body with all the necessary substances and lose weight at the same time . Quite a comfortable diet.
