[ 46 ], [ 47 ] In order for the fruits that lower blood pressure to work, they must be consumed correctly. In the morning, on an empty stomach, it is recommended to drink a glass of tea with lemon, grape or pomegranate juice. If you prefer porridge for breakfast, add a handful of chopped dried fruits (raisins, dates, dried apricots, nuts).

You can prepare a medicinal mixture of fruits, a spoon of which will help normalize blood pressure. Take the juice of four lemons, a handful of walnuts, 100 g of honey and 50 g of aloe. Mix all the ingredients and take at the first signs of hypertension. The course of treatment is 30 days, then a week's break is recommended and you can resume therapy again.

You need to eat about 4 times a day, your diet should include foods with vitamins C, P, A, which have a positive effect on the nervous system and the condition of blood vessels.

In addition, hypertension should have a full rest, since healthy sleep is vital in this case. People with high blood pressure should sleep 9-11 hours.
