Ginger with honey for weight loss

Another unique property of these two natural remedies is the activation of metabolic processes in the body, which helps to normalize weight. Ginger with honey is popular among Eastern women, who prepare the famous "Eastern drink" for weight loss on their basis, which helps control weight and prevents fat deposition in such "difficult" places as the sides and hips.

To prepare oriental tea you will need ginger root, honey, green tea and lemon juice.

Grate the peeled ginger root on a fine grater, put it in a thermos, add the juice of one lemon, 2 tablespoons of tea and pour 2 liters of boiling water, let it brew for 3-4 hours. Add honey to taste to the finished warm tea.

It is worth noting that high temperatures destroy the beneficial properties of honey, so it should only be added to warm tea.

During the research it was established that ginger and honey do not burn fat deposits, but improve metabolism and remove excess intercellular fluid.

In addition, these two components have a diaphoretic effect, but only when the body temperature is elevated or during active physical activity, as well as in a sauna or bathhouse.

Also, drinking ginger tea reduces appetite, as the sensitivity of taste buds decreases and food seems less tasty, and honey helps raise blood sugar levels so that you don’t feel hungry for longer.
