Why do regular diets only help temporarily?

Today, fast food, inexpensive pastries, cheap chocolates with palm oils and dangerous trans-isomers are increasingly available, which means we buy and eat them without thinking. Excessive chewing never hurt anyone

The more actively and diligently you chew, the better the food will be digested in the stomach. This is an axiom that many people ignore. And completely in vain! If you want your weight loss diet to be effective, set aside at least 20 minutes to eat your favorite dishes. Turn off the computer, TV and do not chat with friends. Then you will devote enough time to chewing, and therefore, to the assimilation of products. The body will definitely thank you by losing weight.
