What can I eat with myoma of the uterus?
Nutrition for uterine myomas should be frequent, small portions to avoid overeating. The basis of the diet should be the following products:
- vegetable oil - sunflower, linseed, dog rose, corn, etc .;
- any fruits, greens, vegetables, berries;
- Dark varieties of bread, with the addition of coarse flour and bran;
- cereals, legumes;
- fish products, mainly sea fish;
- sour-milk products (fresh);
- Nuts, seeds, seeds;

- compote or jelly on the basis of berries or fruits.
What can not be eaten with uterine myoma?
