Mysterious name diet № 5 was invented and put into circulation by dietician Mikhail Pevzner. Like the diet itself, however. We will tell you about the essence of the diet. It is invented not only for weight loss, but also for treatment.

  • Soup is the basis of the diet. They are cooked on vegetable broth with croup. Soups can also be cooked with milk, fruit.

  • Fish and caviar are black (fish can be poured).

  • Dairy and sour-milk products (sour cream, cottage cheese with a low fat content, fermented baked milk). Milk or fermented milk products with the Pevsner diet can be consumed up to 200 grams per day. Of them (or with them) you can cook pancakes, cheesecakes, vareniki and enjoy the taste.
