Malysheva's diet: what is the essence?
Products with vegetable and animal fats are almost taboo in Malysheva's diet. They should be consumed in minimal quantities.
Salt is also almost excluded from the diet.
Flour and potatoes are allowed in Malysheva’s diet only in extremely small quantities.
Rice, sugar beets, carrots are prohibited products.
The duration of the diet is 2-3 months (it does not apply to fast, and therefore short-lived weight loss systems)
Result: weight loss from 5 to 20 kg
The highlight of the diet is that the resulting weight is maintained for at least a year with minor deviations of 1-2 kg. The diet helps to improve health, strengthen the immune system, and improve the functioning of the digestive system.
Malysheva's Diet: Lose Weight According to These Rules
Rule #1 - you can't starve
The Malysheva nutrition and weight loss system professes the principle that during fasting the body accumulates fat "in reserve". Therefore, fasting is ineffective - from this we only gain weight.
So, as soon as you feel hungry, eat low-calorie food or drink water. This will help to satisfy your appetite, but not to gain weight.
Rule #2 – fractional but frequent meals
When we eat small portions, the body gets used to gradual loads and copes with them easily. Much easier than if you eat a lot at once. Therefore, 5 portions of food per day according to the Malysheva diet are good for weight loss.
Breakfast – from 08.00
Oatmeal porridge, covered with boiling water and kept under a lid
Yogurt or low-fat kefir
Lunch – from 12.00
Boiled lean meat - chicken or fish.
Can you eat hard boiled eggs?
All this should be eaten without salt, which can retain fluid in the body - and then we delay losing weight.
Dinner - until 19.00
Vegetable salad with low-fat kefir
Soft-boiled or hard-boiled egg
Meals between lunch and dinner
Fresh fruits, except grapes and bananas (they are too high in calories)
Apples (2-3 jokes)
Tangerines (2-3 pieces)
Rule #3 – count calories
The minimum low-calorie diet according to Malysheva for a healthy person with average physical activity is 1200 Kcal per day. You can’t go below this threshold – the body won’t get enough calories and will become exhausted.
If you are active during the day or do a lot of intellectual work, consult your nutritionist about your daily calorie intake. You may need to increase your calorie intake.
Rule #4 – Talk to your body
The principle of the Malysheva diet is also to give the body instructions during meals. When you eat a light salad, tell yourself: "I am full, and my next meal of a tasty dish will be at 12:00" - or at the time you plan.
This will make it easier for you to tolerate unusually small portions or a low-calorie diet.
Rule #5 - Lose weight gradually but effectively
If you follow Malysheva's diet, without deviating from the diet even a little, you will have results quite soon. You will clearly see the first signs of weight loss after 2 weeks. After 4 weeks, your weight will no longer jump back and forth, and after 8 weeks it will reach the ideal and be fixed at this level.
You won't get better.
Nutritionists recommend repeating the Malysheva diet approximately once every 6 months to strengthen the achieved successes and keep your weight no higher than the norm you set for yourself.
