1st, 2nd day of buckwheat diet
Pour boiling water over 200 g of buckwheat, cover with a lid and leave overnight. In the morning, divide the portion into 4 parts and eat one of them. Wash it down with green tea without sugar. Eat the remaining 3 parts of buckwheat during the day. Still mineral water is also allowed.
3rd, 4th day of buckwheat diet - with boiled vegetables
We cook buckwheat in the same way, pouring boiling water and covering with a lid for 12 hours. In the morning, add boiled vegetables to the buckwheat porridge (but not potatoes!) These can be tomatoes, carrots or onions. You can also decorate the dish with herbs.
It's both delicious and pleasant to lose weight with such a menu. We divide everything into 4 parts and eat it throughout the day.
5th, 6th day of buckwheat diet - with fresh vegetables
We prepare buckwheat in the same way as in the first days. But now with each meal of buckwheat we are also supposed to have fresh vegetables. For example, cucumbers or tomatoes. Preferably without salt, which tends to retain moisture in the body.
You can eat up to 200 g of vegetables per meal – this is enough to get a wonderful feeling of satiety and lose weight at the same time when combined with buckwheat.
Day 7 of the Buckwheat Diet with Vegetables
Now we can afford not only buckwheat cooked in the old way, but also vegetables (raw or boiled), and vegetable oil. Or olive oil. But for weight loss, it is important not to overdo it with oil - it is allowed to add no more than 2 tablespoons per day.
As for drinks, we can now enjoy coffee with milk. But without sugar.
