  • Energy cocktail. To prepare it, use: banana (1 pc.), kiwi (3 pcs.), yogurt (0.5 l), milk (0.5 l), honey (1 tsp), ginger root (3 cm). All ingredients should be peeled and whipped until puree is formed. Pour in milk, yogurt, whip again. Pour the finished cocktail into glasses and add 1 tsp of honey.
