Apples are eaten between buckwheat meals, 3-4 pieces each time. Both products enrich the body with iron, which is necessary for maintaining immunity and hormonal balance.

Diet on carrots and apples

Simple, at first glance, a diet of carrots and apples promises record results: weight loss by as much as 20 kg! But the network has one “but”: such results can be approached only in a month of following a diet on apples and carrots. And then my curiosity sorted out: show me a person who can withstand a meager diet of an apple diet, even with carrots, for a whole 30 days! And how will he feel after a month of voluntary tests and, frankly, bullying of the body and psyche.

However, not everything is so bad. More acceptable options have been developed based on the therapeutic use of the orange root crop.

Most dietary systems are accompanied not only by weight loss, but also by cleansing the body. Such cleansing is recommended to be carried out regularly, since even with the right lifestyle, the body is periodically polluted with toxins and toxins. The apple-rice diet combines cleansing and weight loss.

Apple diet with rice is carried out as follows. A glass of rice is boiled in milk, without adding anything else. This is a portion of porridge for breakfast and dinner. In the morning they eat the “big half”, leave the “smaller” for the evening, and after dinner they are allowed to eat one apple.

  • During the rest of the day, fruits are eaten, two fruits at a time.

Unfortunately or fortunately, this is not the case. Although the common acidic liquid present in every kitchen has a number of irreplaceable properties, are these properties dietary? It turns out that a limited amount of acid taken orally regulates the acid-base balance, stimulates the secretion of the stomach, increases efficiency and mood. And this is all for which diets are started!
