Take 2 teaspoons of each component, pour in two glasses of boiling water and strain after thirty minutes. Take 60 ml up to six times a day. You can add mint leaves to food or chew them after a meal to avoid vomiting.

An undesirable effect can be achieved by using lemon balm oil, which has a diuretic effect and promotes menstruation. Peppermint oil has toxic and abortive properties.

The degree of toxicity is determined by the method of application and the quality of the essential oil itself. The most dangerous method is oral, so pregnant women are prohibited from taking oils internally.
