Drops against worms are intended for external use. They are squeezed from a pipette onto dry skin on the withers or along the spine. The doses are indicated in the instructions, based on the cat's body weight.

Side effects

Water and shampoos weaken the activity of cat deworming drops.

It has been noted that Advocate sometimes provokes itching, erythema, vomiting. Profender stains some materials with greasy traces, and accidental ingestion causes salivation, vomiting.

Overdose

Anthelmintics require strict adherence to dosages and methods of application. Overdose is fraught with poisoning. Symptoms that should alert the cat owner:

• reaction at the site of application
• excessive production of saliva
• vomit.

Interactions with other drugs
