Using vacuum aspiration to remove excess sebum, comedones, and improve blood circulation.

Vacuum cleaning is performed by a vacuum therapy device. An air compressor creates negative pressure. The device comes with nozzles of different sizes and diameters. The thinnest of them - cannulas with a diameter of 0.2 mm - are intended for the cleaning procedure. The rest are for vacuum massage.

Indications for the procedure

  • oily, porous skin with wide openings of sebaceous ducts;
  • combination skin with comedones.

Direction of the method

Cleansing the skin from horny scales;

  • opening of "pores";
  • comedonal removal.

Vacuum facial cleaning technique

During the vacuum cleaning procedure, the entire area of the skin on the face is treated using minimal vacuum aspiration to remove excess sebum. The cannula is moved strictly along the massage lines to avoid stretching the skin flap. In areas of comedone accumulation, the cannula is installed at the sites of their projection and the amount of aspiration is increased to extract the stagnant contents.

Vacuum cleaning is accompanied by blood flow and improved microcirculation, due to which the skin is more actively saturated with nutrients and oxygen. Before the vacuum cleaning procedure, it is recommended to carry out vaporization, desincrustation, brushing (both combining these methods with each other and alternating them) or use other methods that promote the expansion of pores and the breakdown of fats. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to remove all comedones from the first procedure, since an increase in the phenomenon in the cannula can lead to skin injury, the formation of petechiae and hemorrhages.

Depending on the skin condition, this procedure can be used independently or in combination with mechanical cleaning, as well as in complex facial skin care. It is less effective than mechanical cleaning.

Alternative methods

  • brossage;
  • ultrasonic peeling;
  • superficial microdermabrasion.
