Scientists from several countries have come to the following conclusion: a varied diet directly affects a person’s weight to a greater extent than a sedentary lifestyle.

Diversity in food leads to weight gain, which negatively affects health. This conclusion did not arise out of nowhere, but as a result of 16 years of observation of the health of 7 thousand volunteers, during the experiments not only weight changed, but also health. It changed at a high speed, the emotional state worsened, blood pressure jumped, there were stomach problems, weight gain.

As a result, those people who followed a diet and their diet was more varied, more often suffered from excess weight, in comparison with the category that tried to stick to monotony. A person who likes to try different foods is subject to sharp jumps in blood glucose levels, the development of metabolic disorders. Hence all the ensuing consequences: heart disease, blood vessels, which as a result contributes to the development of pathologies accompanied by fat deposition, and most importantly, to diseases that are often difficult to get rid of.

Simply put, those people who believe that variety in food helps fight excess weight are deeply mistaken. Disruption of the body's functioning has never been beneficial to anyone. Even if you are offered the latest diet, do not waste your time or money on it if it talks about variety of food products.

Research has shown that the risk of developing diabetes increases from eating different types of food. The observations have been conducted since 2000, every five years they analyzed the data on nutrition and made disappointing conclusions regarding people who ate incorrectly. These people had significantly increased sugar levels, their health was unsatisfactory, and heart disease developed.

Snacks are also interconnected with the increase in volume, the diet is of great importance for the formation of a beautiful figure. A person consumes fats, carbohydrates, various vitamins, all this is necessary for the body, if the diet is separate, then you can eat different food products, but after a certain time. And if you mix everything together, digestion problems are possible. The acidity of the gastric juice will increase, which will lead to serious diseases of the digestive tract (peptic ulcer, gastritis).

It is important to remember: variety in food is one of the main reasons for obesity. Start by eliminating unnecessary products, eating regimen, eat products separately from each other and your weight will normalize. Only a beautiful figure, a healthy body and a good mood will remain. And most importantly, strength, confidence, the desire to overcome obstacles. The fight against excess weight depends only on ourselves.
