The annual Forbes list of the highest-paid celebrity couples was recently published. And there was a small shake-up and a change of leaders. As a result, the main position was taken by the spouses and young parents Beyoncé Knowles and Jay-Z. The easiest way to fly out of this list is not only to become poor, but also to simply break up. And therefore, couples like Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, who decided to get divorced literally on the eve of publication, were not taken into account. And also scandalous mega-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. If Tom and Katie had not divorced, they would have been in first place. And Robert and Kristen - fourth.
But, nevertheless, by their behavior, both of them did a favor to other couples whose relationships turned out to be stronger. That is, as they say, a holy place is abhorred by a vacuum. Beyoncé and Jay-Z already topped this list earlier, in 2009. And now they have managed to earn a whopping $78 million over the past year. Moreover, both partners brought income to the house, despite Beyoncé’s pregnancy and childbirth, which in no way prevented them from earning money. Heidi Klum and Seal have not been together for a long time, which means they cannot claim to be included in the list of “the richest celebrity couples.” Although, according to experts, they could have made it into the top ten.
Be that as it may, one model still managed to squeeze into second place. We are talking about the highest paid model in the world, Gisele Bündchen, and her husband Tom Brady. And although football player Tom signed a good contract, it is Gisele who brings in a lot of money for the family. In third place, surprisingly, are David and Victoria Beckham. And rounding out the top five are the well-known Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie with $45 million in income, and Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, whose combined income exceeded $40 million.
