The heavy night of the super moon
Last reviewed: 02.07.2025

On the night of November 14-15, the Earth's satellite will approach our planet at its closest distance. Astrologers call this day a supermoon - at night, the largest moon in the last 68 years can be seen in the sky with the naked eye. But experts are sure that this day will not only be one of the most beautiful natural phenomena, but will also bring many dangers to the inhabitants of the planet.
According to astrologers, the satellite approaching the earth at such a distance can provoke a number of diseases and natural disasters. On November 14, a person's mental state may be at risk. Astrologers note that on the coming night, many inhabitants of our planet will be able to see (provided that the weather conditions are good) a very large moon in the sky. The so-called supermoon occurs periodically, usually 1-2 times a year. With such a close proximity of the satellite to the planet, all processes associated with liquid bodies can be influenced by the lunar tides. The human body, as is known, consists of more than 80% water and can also suffer under the influence of the moon. According to astrologers, this day is dangerous for a person because the likelihood of overexcitement increases, which entails inadequate behavior, excessive nervousness, and an unstable emotional state.
Experts warn that in such a state people can easily become victims of road accidents and recommend that drivers be more careful behind the wheel, and pedestrians be more attentive on the roads, in addition, be friendlier when communicating with each other. Another danger on the day of the supermoon is a large tidal wave, and lunar magnetism can also cause a shift in tectonic plates. The influence of the moon on both water and land increases the risk of man-made disasters, although not by much - up to 15% above normal. Experts noted that what is most to be feared on this day is not so much volcanic eruptions or tsunamis, but mental disorders - psychosis, nervous breakdowns and even depressive states. Blood pressure may also increase on this day, which in turn can provoke an exacerbation of existing diseases.
According to experts, during the supermoon you can identify weak points in your health - on this day there is a high probability that symptoms of hidden diseases will appear. Astrologers once again reminded that it will be possible to see the natural phenomenon without special devices, just with the naked eye, but on condition that there are no clouds in the sky. The supermoon is a fairly popular phenomenon, which is observed by residents of all countries.
By the way, this year on the night of November 14-15 there will be a second supermoon, the next one according to preliminary calculations should happen in December, then the earth's satellite will approach our planet at such a distance only in 18 years. According to astrologers, the celestial body will be most clearly visible in the pre-dawn hours, the moon will increase in size by 15% and become brighter by about 30%. But the supermoon should not be confused with the so-called lunar illusion, when the moon simply seems large due to its approach to the horizon, since in this case the moon visually simply looks larger in size than when it is at its zenith.
