- Pregnancy or flu?
At the beginning of pregnancy, some women experience flu-like symptoms: fever, fatigue, lethargy, and headache. So be careful before self-medicating, as many painkillers are contraindicated during pregnancy.
- Breast
Even at the very beginning of pregnancy, the breasts will begin to grow rapidly, they can increase by a whole size or more, because they are preparing for breastfeeding the baby. They also become very sensitive and react to every touch.
- Constipation and frequent urge to urinate
The growing uterus begins to put pressure on the bladder, so pregnant women often run to the toilet. Also, "toilet" symptoms include constipation due to the fact that the digestive system works more slowly. Drink more water and eat foods high in fiber.
- Disgust for foods you love

- Swelling of the legs
Pregnant women often experience swelling of their legs, their shoes start to squeeze them tightly, and after the legs, the swelling spreads to their arms, stomach, and face. Eating fried and salty foods can aggravate this process. The fact is that a pregnant woman's body accumulates sodium, which attracts water and fluid retention occurs.

- Heartburn
During pregnancy, due to the action of the hormone progesterone, the tone of the muscles of the esophagus is significantly relaxed, so pregnant women may suffer from heartburn, especially when eating spicy or fatty foods.

Already after the first days after conception, the skin becomes more sensitive and prone to allergic reactions. Also, either excessive dryness and peeling, or increased oiliness in certain areas may appear.
