The modern world is simply obsessed with celebrity culture, and therefore women are under great pressure regarding their appearance. In order to look good, they are forced to compare themselves to stars with perfect bodies. But now it turns out that seven out of ten women are so concerned about how they look that they worry about their weight three times a day.
80% of modern women are simply constantly depressed about the imperfections of their own bodies. Women dream of looking like Hollywood celebrities, and it is the stars that make them look at themselves more critically. However, it is not only women who worry about how they look. A new study conducted by a chain of British hotels found that 61% of men also worry about their appearance, three times a day. Modern machos dream of David Beckham's legs, Channing Tatum's butt and abs like Mark Wahlberg and Matthew McConaughey.
A flabby belly has become the biggest problem for both men and women. 75% admit that they have 10 kg of excess weight. The second cause of concern for women was the legs, followed by the butt, arms and thighs. As for men, they are most worried about the arms, shoulders, legs and butt. Eight out of ten respondents are sure that their well-being would improve if they felt happy in their own body. And 35% even said that it would help improve their sex life.
