Pharmacodynamics

Vabadine 20 mg is a hypocholesterolemic drug with an active substance simvastatin. The drug is used inside, the metabolism of simvastatin occurs in the liver, where a pharmacologically active form is formed. This drug is an inhibitor of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme-A-reductase inhibits the conversion of coenzymes to mevalonic acids, reducing the natural synthesis of cholesterol.

Dosing and administration
