Ubistezin forte belongs to the group of local anesthetics used in dental practice.
Active substances of the drug: articaine hydrochloride, epinephrine hydrochloride.
One milliliter of the solution of ubistezin forte contains forty milligrams of articaine hydrochloride and 0, 012 mg of epinephrine hydrochloride.
Auxiliary components of the drug: sodium sulfite, sodium chloride, water.
Indications Ubistezin forte
Indications for the use of ubistesin forte include the need for anesthesia during dental treatment, in particular, before carrying out the following procedures:
- Extirpation of the tooth.
- Filling of the tooth.
- Sharpening of the tooth before excision of pathologically altered tissues.
- Surgical intervention on the gingival or bone tissues.
- Operation in chronic sinusitis, requiring the opening of the sinus of the upper jaw by incision under the upper lip.
- Cystectomy, resection of the apex of the tooth root.
- Transosseous osteosynthesis.

Pharmacodynamics ubistezin forte: the drug is a combined remedy for local anesthesia during dental treatment. Anesthesia occurs instantly and lasts from one to five hours. The active substance of the drug interacts with the nerve receptors and prevents impulses along the nerve fiber.
Pharmacokinetics
Pharmacokinetics of ubestesin forte: the active substance of the preparation has a high diffusion capacity. The half-life is about twenty-five minutes. The maximum concentration is noted in ten to fifteen minutes after administration. Binding to plasma proteins is ninety-five percent. Elimination of the drug is carried out with the help of kidneys. Epinephrine, which is part of the drug, undergoes rapid disintegration in the liver and other tissues.

Dosing and administration
Usage and dose of ubistezin forte: the rate of administration of the drug should not exceed 0.5 ml in fifteen seconds (within a minute, one cartridge is inserted).
To prevent the ingestion of the drug inside the vessel, an aspirate test is performed.
To achieve an anesthetic effect, the required minimum of the drug should be used. The dosage of ubestesin forte when the tooth is removed is 1.7 ml. With the subsequent extirpation of other teeth, a reduction in the dose of the drug is possible.
When performing surgical interventions, the dose of the drug is adjusted depending on the duration of the procedure and the patient's condition.
When the drug is given to children, the dosage is calculated individually based on body weight. Children under the age of four do not prescribe the drug.

Data on the safety of use of the drug during pregnancy are absent.
Contraindications
Contraindications to the use of udastizin forte include hypersensitivity to the active substances of the drug (articaine hydrochloride and epinephrine), as well as to other components in its composition.
Ubistezin Forte is contraindicated in patients with Buvre's disease (sudden and sudden cessation of heartbeat with a frequency of one hundred and fifty to three hundred beats per minute), coronary insufficiency, high blood pressure, hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, and closed-angle glaucoma.

Interactions with other drugs
The interaction of ubestesin forte with other drugs: with the simultaneous use of ubistesin forte with tricyclic antidepressant drugs and monoamine oxidase inhibitors, it is possible to develop a sympathomimetic effect, increase blood pressure.
Vasoconstrictors increase and prolong the local anesthetic effect of articaine.
Non-selective drugs blocking beta-adrenergic receptors, provoke the risk of hypertensive crisis and a marked decrease in heart rate.
